Overall Experience

Having been let down by another agency I contacted ENS asking them if they could provide 24/7 care to my Uncle who had been diagnosed with lung cancer but been able to move back home to receive palliative care. Within 24 hours they had put together a package that continued unbroken until he died.

The small group of Carers who provided that support were superb and my Uncle came to see them more as friends than Carers and the affection which they all showed him was clearly genuine and a source of great reassurance to the family as we could not be with him every day.

We were also extremely impressed with the high standard of assessment and record keeping, which was meticulous.

The family feel a quiet sense of satisfaction and achievement that we were able to fulfil his wish to spend his last days in his home of the last 18 years. This was only possible because of ENS.

Once again, I would like to express the deep and sincere thanks of my family.

Raj Chahal
Raj started her career as a Registered Manager before joining ENS Recruitment in 2016, where she worked in HR and eventually became Managing Director. Her hands-on experience in care management, combined with her HR background, means she truly understands what it takes to deliver quality care and support the teams who make it happen.

What drives Raj is simple: the people we support and the staff who support them. She's committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and regulation, but more importantly, to creating a workplace where great care can flourish and everyone—service users and staff alike—feels genuinely valued.

Sadie Bushnell
