At ENS Care & Support division, the mission is to help you live life to the fullest. Whether it's honing your culinary skills, dancing at an Elvis tribute concert, or providing 24-hour care to maintain your independence, the team focuses on supporting your desires, not just your needs.

They provide consistent support in essential areas like personal care and household tasks. However, the true goal is to collaborate with you on what matters most to you. With over 30 years of experience, they understand that care is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The team takes the time to get to know you personally, engaging with your friends and family and consulting with medical professionals to advocate for your needs.

The team prides itself on creating personalised care plans that make you smile every day. They specialise in care for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries or have complex medical conditions. A holistic approach addresses not only medical needs but also emotional, social, and psychological aspects of well-being.

With care coordinators acting as central points of contact, the company ensures seamless collaboration between specialists, therapists, and other support services. This comprehensive approach guarantees well-managed and coordinated care, enhancing independence, promoting dignity, and improving quality of life.

Their core values — compassion, integrity, and innovation — drives the team to provide exceptional care, combining specialised knowledge with empathy to meet the unique needs of individuals. The company has significant experience in areas such as:

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Having been let down by another agency I contacted ENS asking them if they could provide 24/7 care to my Uncle who had been diagnosed with lung cancer but been able to move back home to receive palliative care. Within 24 hours they had put together a package that continued unbroken until he died.

The

small group of Carers who provided that support were superb and my Uncle came to see them more as friends than Carers and the affection which they all showed him was clearly genuine and a source of great reassurance to the family as we could not be with him every day.

We were also extremely impressed with the high standard of assessment and record keeping, which was meticulous.

The family feel a quiet sense of satisfaction and achievement that we were able to fulfil his wish to spend his last days in his home of the last 18 years. This was only possible because of ENS.

Once again, I would like to express the deep and sincere thanks of my family.

Yours faithfully

Current Review Score: 8.6 (8.563)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.6 (8.563) out of 10 for ENS Care & Support is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.6 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.0 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.563 for ENS Care & Support is calculated as follows: ( (9 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 16 Ratings = 4.563
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.05, 7th = 0.05, 8th = 0.05, 9th = 0.05, 10th = 0.05, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for ENS Care & Support is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
