I have always found the staff at ENS to be pleasant, helpful and understanding.
Thank you for your lovely feedback and we are so pleased that you would recommend us to others.
Having been let down by another agency I contacted ENS asking them if they could provide 24/7 care to my Uncle who had been diagnosed with lung cancer but been able to move back home to receive palliative care. Within 24 hours they had put together a package that continued unbroken until he died.
The small group of Carers who provided that support were superb and my Uncle came to see them more as friends than Carers and the affection which they all showed him was clearly genuine and a source of great reassurance to the family as we could not be with him every day.
We were also extremely impressed with the high standard of assessment and record keeping, which was meticulous.
The family feel a quiet sense of satisfaction and achievement that we were able to fulfil his wish to spend his last days in his home of the last 18 years. This was only possible because of ENS.
Once again, I would like to express the deep and sincere thanks of my family.
Yours faithfully
Thank you Paul. We are so pleased that with our support your uncle was able to fulfill his wishes and that we were able to make a difference to him and the family at this difficult time.
