Benjamin Brown (FCMI) serves as our Clinical Director, with overarching responsibility for clinical governance, recruitment standards, complaint management, and regulatory compliance across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Initially establishing his experience in the NHS in Acute Care roles, including as a Charge Nurse, Benjamin transitioned in 2017 to lead our Clinical Teams. He brings a strong foundation of frontline expertise, strategic leadership, and a process-driven approach to achieving excellence in service delivery and compliance.

Registered Manager at Mayday, bringing extensive leadership experience across health and social care services in the UK and internationally. She is a registered Nominated Individual with both CQC and Ofsted, with strong expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Her background combines operational leadership with strategic service development in highly regulated care environments. She is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence. At Mayday, she leads with integrity, professionalism, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Susan leads our clinical efforts, managing the training and supervision involved in delivering care packages. She plays a vital part during the rollout of new services, staying closely involved to ensure a smooth and safe transition for both clients and staff. With a strong emphasis on maintaining high-quality care and consistency, Susan ensures clinical practices meet required standards while also preparing the team to respond effectively to each individual’s unique needs.

Moesha is our dedicated Senior Care Coordinator responsible for managing care coordination and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of staff rotas. In addition to scheduling, she oversees the supervision and appraisals of our Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), supporting their development and maintaining high standards of care. Moesha’s organisational skills and commitment to quality help ensure consistency and reliability in the services we provide.

Zahrah is our Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our regulated services and ensuring operational excellence across all areas. She leads team coordination through regular meetings, workforce planning, and collaboration with the Clinical and Recruitment teams to maintain full shift coverage.

Zahrah also manages payroll accuracy, financial reporting, and cost control while monitoring overall financial performance to support effective budgeting and service delivery. She oversees the setup of new care packages on Care Planner, ensuring compliance and data integrity, and plays an active role in incident management and on-call support.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Zahrah helps drive continuous improvement and supports the onboarding of new clients to strengthen our growing service.

Tom is the Recruitment Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process and leading the recruitment team to ensure the timely and effective staffing of both new and existing care packages. His focus on attracting high-quality candidates helps maintain the standards of care and supports the continued growth of our services.

Mariam is a skilled Care Coordinator responsible for managing care coordination and overseeing the delivery of rotas to ensure seamless service provision. She also leads the supervision and appraisals of our Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), supporting their performance and professional growth. Mariam’s proactive approach and attention to detail contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Saroshini is our Compliance Officer and is responsible for overseeing staff compliance and coordinating mandatory training and annual refresher sessions to ensure all team members meet regulatory and organisational requirements. Her strong attention to detail and proactive approach support the development of a well-prepared, compliant workforce.
