Fees are dependent on individual care and support requirements, complexity, staffing ratios, clinical needs, geographical location and the level of care required. Standard visiting care starts from £30 per hour, with higher rates applicable for complex, specialist or clinically led packages. Short visits of 30 minutes or less are available subject to assessment and suitability. Live-in care is individually assessed and priced according to the level of support, complexity, staffing requirements and care plan. All fees are agreed following a comprehensive assessment and care needs review.

Benjamin Brown (FCMI) serves as our Clinical Director, with overarching responsibility for clinical governance, recruitment standards, complaint management, and regulatory compliance across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Ben is a registered nurse and holds a robust portfolio of qualifications, including:
- Level 3 Award in Teaching and Assessment
- Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice
- BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care

Initially establishing his experience in the NHS in Acute Care roles, including as a Charge Nurse, Benjamin transitioned in 2017 to lead our Clinical Teams. He brings a strong foundation of frontline expertise, strategic leadership, and a process-driven approach to achieving excellence in service delivery and compliance.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Zahrah helps drive continuous improvement and supports the onboarding of new clients to strengthen our growing service.
