The carers have always treated Dad with kindness, sensitivity, and respect, and the team has been reliable with excellent communication throughout. We are very grateful for the care he has received and would happily recommend Ross Nursing.
We are always very happy with the carers from Ross Care and the service they provide to my Nan. They are friendly and well liked by my Nan and do what they can to keep her happy and entertained. They also provide good communication with the family.
My father receives twice weekly showers. All the staff are polite, respectful and are always looking for any extra tasks they can do. It is also a chance for him to chat to people other than family , which is really important as he is a sociable man .
My mother built a great rapport with the visiting staff who showed consideration for her needs, treating her with dignity and respect, and taking a holistic approach leaving her to feel valued and appreciated.
The care they provided was not just professional but also personal and my mother enjoyed her chats and being able to share a laugh and a joke with the carers which helped to enrich her final years whilst keeping her in her own home environment.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ross Nursing for anyone requiring care and support to maintain independent living.
Ross nursing have been helping my mum since January 2025. My mum lives independently and has dementia and the professional care my mum has received has enabled her to remain at home. Mum has met some lovely ladies who have all worked with her sensitvely and carefully. The communication has been excellent and the team are always reliable. We will always be grateful for the care mum has received.
All the staff a very helpful. Sally goes above and beyond to ensure my mum is comfortable and has everything she needs each time she visits. We trust Ross Nursing to provide the best service in caring for mum.
Ross Nursing provided care in the home for my father, as he deteriorated with Alzheimers. Providing invaluable support for my father's wife, his elderly primary carer, they made scheduled daytime visits to provide care and support, but we actually received much more than this. Every carer went beyond the call of duty to make each visit a ray of sunshine in a life that was otherwise so limited. All of this happened without any compromise to attention-to-detail and the ultimate daily task of ensuring the well-being of my father. Their professionalism blended seamlessly with friendship and humour. Their very presence was so reassuring that we soon made arrangements for a carer to sleep over on a regular basis. We cannot recommend the Ross Nursing team highly enough and remain immensely grateful for its positive contribution to my father's care before it became necessary to accommodate him in a care home.
Both she and her family appreciate their friendly, considerate, efficient, respectful and professional caring given with plenty of warmth and frequent good humour to lighten circumstances.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ross Nursing Services to others.
very professional, caring, compassionate with great sensitivity for my mum's dignity and well being, both physical and mental. The care is delivered with a good sense of humour. We couldn't ask for better people.
The care, consideration, and commitment he received from the Carers from Ross Nursing Services was second to none.
They were kind, and fun, and treated him with dignity, they were always prepared to help him, and me, without question.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross Nursing Services to anyone who needs professional care.
Ross Nursing looked after my elderly mother for more than three years following a fall and broken hip, enabling her to remain at home during her final years of life which is what she wanted to do. We could not have done this without the excellent care provided by all the team at Ross Nursing. All the staff are professional, dedicated, and genuinely care for their clients. My mother was extremely well looked after and greatly enjoyed spending time with every member of the team who took the time to get to know my mother and her specific likes and dislikes, they became trusted members of the family. I would like to thank everyone at Ross Nursing for everything they did for my mother and for giving such exceptional care during her final years.
Ross's Nursing care were amazing for the last few years of Mum's life and we got to know the office and nurses very well. They were both flexible and patient with Mum's needs, and so kind to her. Their depth of knowledge of medical, personal, and palliative care was excellent and as the carers are local, it made it so much easier when any flexibility was required. They arranged their call times to specific times which made Mum's routine so much easier to manage. Their carers have been with them for years and know the area well. We were given the same regular nurses each week which meant we felt Mum was in safe hands which was most reassuring to us. The carers also spotted when mum wasn't her usual self, and kept us, the family, well informed, so illness or being off colour was noticed quickly and acted upon. The carers were really fond of Mum which really helped us as a family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone wanting care for a relative - they were great.
I could not have achieved this without their care, dedication and friendship, and I will always be grateful for their support.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross Nursing to anyone looking for home care.
My mother had support from Ross Nursing for several years. Their communication was very good and if for any reason there was a change in carer we would be informed. The carers were regular so Mum got to know them well and they would spend time with her as well as completing the tasks required. They used their initiative so as Mum deteriorated they took on extra tasks so, as a family that lived away, we knew Mum was being looked after. Mum was admitted into hospital following a fall and was discharged with an increase of care but unfortunately from another company. This made me very aware of how efficient and caring Ross Nursing was. I have no concerns about recommending this care company to anyone.
I cannot thank them enough.
The care provided is first-rate. The member of staff is friendly, makes time to have a chat. Her work is excellent, she is very efficient and no job is to difficult. My mother is treated with respect and dignity.
Thank you for the kind words. I have passed your lovely comments on to the carer who visits your mother. It's great to hear that you are happy with our service and we very much appreciate you taking time out to give us a review.
Ross carers very professional and staff are so nice and caring always on time and cheerful highly recommend very happy with them. Staff are jolly and happy and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for all your help.
Thanks for your lovely kind words Chris, much appreciated.
Ross Nursing is an excellent care support system and took really good care of our mother while she was still able to be at home. All the staff were lovely, caring and kindhearted people and our family really appreciated everything they did during the time they spent with her. Thank you to you all.
Thank you, Jan, for your lovely kind words. We are so pleased she has settled into her new home so well.
What also impressed me is that all of the staff seem to be involved in, and committed to, the care of their clients. There's no them and us with Ross - you are as likely to have the MD or another member of the Senior Management Team call on your relative as you are to meet a regular carer. It doesn't matter who turns up. They are all great.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Andrew, and as always, it's a pleasure.
They really do go above and beyond being there for me as well as my mum during good times and bad, there's nobody else I would want looking after my mum, the whole team are simply amazing and you know your loved one is in the best hands.
That is so lovely to hear, thank you for those very kind words Valerie and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Kind regards.
