They looked after her really well and provided the support she needed even though it was sadly for a very short time.

Caring crew are so much better for my mum, she is happier and healthier due to the time, conversations, company and care provided.

I just want to say how truly grateful me and my family are to the Caring Crew for the incredible care they provided to my Dad. The staff were absolutely wonderful-supportive, compassionate, and always there when we needed them.

Not only did they ensure my Dad received the support he needed, but they also took the time to check in on how my Mum was coping, which meant so much to all of us.

Sadly, my Dad has passed away, but throughout everything, the care and support from the team never wavered. Knowing we could rely on them helped put our minds at rest during such a difficult time.

I just want to say how grateful I am to have my 97 year old mom cared for by such wonderful staff. I don't live in the UK, so it's with great comfort that I know I can rely on my mom's carers to provide the necessary supports that she needs. For example, on Tuesday, this week, she needed to go to a doctor's appointment; her carer took her there, went in with her, and then took notes for me so that I was then able to know exactly what the doctor had said. It's this kind of support that puts my mind at rest because I know I can rely on them. Thank you for a great service.

Since I joined Caring Crew I have been able to have complete peace of mind. My wife who they look after has MND and with this dreadful illness the carers have to go the extra mile and they certainly do that. The carers always come in with a smile on their face and a kind word, nothing is to much trouble. If their is ever a problem just call the office and it gets sorted right away. So I thank all the staff and carers for looking after my precious wife, you are all very welcome in my home anytime. Thank you.

Caring Crew have for over three years been helping me to care for my husband from when he was able to walk until now when he cannot walk and needs a lot of care. The care team are helpful, friendly and mainly able to perform what is needed for his cleanliness, providing drinks and administering medications if I am not able to be in the home. The office team are very easily contacted and always aim to help us in a difficult situation. As main carer I find the team willing to help me in difficult situations. and during times of when illness increases. We are both elderly and appreciate all the team does for us.

I have used Caring Crew for ages now, and I'm happy with the service they provide, I have carers in 4 times a day unless I'm going out, depending on the weather. They are all friendly and helpful, and we do have a laugh now and again, nothing is too much trouble for them either. They help me with personal care and making me a flask, mugs of herbal tea and sorting my meals out, and putting any shopping that's in my bag behind my power chair. It's good to see regular carers in the day or week too, I feel safe with them as I need the hoist at the moment, but do use a standing lift most of the time. I don't feel hurried as I have a set length of time I need them each time, odd times it takes a bit longer though. Most understand my multiple sclerosis, and at the moment, they do a great job with care, a smile, and its nice to have a chat with them all too and dignity too If anyone had any worries or concerns, those in the office are friendly and helpful as well, good value for money. I highly recommend Caring Crew.

Caring Crew have been involved with care for my mum since early 2020. The service provided has instilled a high level of confidence in my mum and her family. During her short stint in hospital and a care home, she often remembered the ladies coming home and taking care of her needs better than what she was getting at the hospital and the care home, so requested all family members to go back to her house and get care from carers of Caring Crew. After her return to her house, we experienced that she calmed down and more comfortable. We the family are grateful to Caring Crew Carers and management who responded immediately to restart the service and allocated carers that Mum was accustomed to. Thanks.

The Caring Crew has been providing a siting service for my parents. The carer takes my mum (who has Alzheimer's) out to her favourite cafe to provide my dad with a couple of hours respite. During the assessment to arrange this support the manager listened and understand our circumstances and the illness we are dealing with. All of these factors were taken into consideration when matching us with a regular carer. Thank you to all involved.

I moved into my own disability adapted property after almost 3 years of being in a nursing home - I already had a neuro-disorder before I had 4 strokes caused by domestic violence. It was not safe for me to go 'home' so I was discharged from hospital to a dementia care home (the only space available even though I was mid 30's) to wait for a suitable property to become available where I could move with a care package in place. This was very daunting as I had never been cared for by professionals in the community aside from the district nurse on occasions, and I had never lived on my own before either. I have a lot of trauma relating to the domestic violence so I was very nervous about being in the hands of people I hadn't met before. However right from the start, the Caring Crew carers were kind, bubbly, efficient and proactive. I have been reunited with my cat, and they help me with her care. They have given me a new lease of life that I didn't know was possible. Forever grateful.

Caring Crew have been providing care for mum who has dementia for the past 6 months. They have been so friendly and helpful, it has been a positive experience and I am more than happy with the service they provide. They have ensured that mums needs are met and as she has dementia they have provided the same carer who is very punctual and trustworthy to allow mum to build a relationship with them. Recently her needs have changed and Caring Crew have been more than accommodating to adjust the care plan to suit her needs more. I cannot recommend Caring crew enough.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided for my husband by Caring Crew as I had to find care at very short notice, albeit for a short time. The Manager was very accommodating when she visited me to personally organise the care I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who would need their services. Their professionalism and commitment to providing good and gentle care is to be lauded and I greatly appreciate this.

The Caring Crew has been the provider for my parents' needs for the last 3+ years now after the service transitioned from PCC Reablement to them. Like everything, relationships take time to cultivate and what my parents now have with the whole team is nothing short of excellent, in particular with the longer-tenured staff who go way beyond being 'just a carer'. Their love, fondness, and vigilance shown towards both my mother and father have been way above the call of duty and this has had a tremendously positive impact on them in their declining health years. I know this has been lovingly acknowledged and reciprocated by my parents too. From an administrative perspective, the office and managerial team are always on hand to help manage any queries or points I may need to discuss, even managing the occassional out-of-hours emergency. Everything is always handled with professionalism and appropriate concern and I am extremely grateful to everyone at the Caring Crew for everything they do.

The manager has been the most accommodating of service provider Managers'. During a recent health issue with my husband, she was quickly able to increase carers to step into the breach. I've always found Caring Crew to be polite, diligent, and helpful.
