Caring Crew is a high-quality, award winning provider of home care services to people of all ages. Caring Crew was awarded the Cambridgeshire Provider of the year for 2022/23 and shortlisted for 3 awards at the Homecare Awards 2023. They are rated GOOD with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

When illness, injury or aging makes life a little more challenging, being at home in a comfortable environment with assistance from trusted caring staff encourages recovery, improves self-esteem and enhances the quality of life. Your independence and safety is their priority.

It can help make life easier for those coping with a chronic medical condition, recovering from an illness or injury, or dealing with the challenges of aging – in the comfort of their own homes.

Staff are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can provide services for as little as a few hours a week to around the clock, every day in any setting you call home.

Caring Crew only works with professional care staff who are compassionate, reliable and truly have a passion for caring for others.

As a family, we cannot praise this company enough for the kindness, support and compassion you have all shown to our dear mum. Your quick actions saved my mum's life when she was taken to hospital and diagnosed with sepsis. We will be forever grateful. The management team and all the staff are so supportive.
You genuinely care about your clients. Mum has been treated with so much dignity and respect. The past year has been one of the hardest of our lives. Not only do you support Mum you relieve some of the pressure from us so that we can do our jobs and care for our own families. We honestly don’t know how we would cope without you all. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Caring Crew. You certainly live up to your name!

My mother sadly passed away on 01/10/23. She had for over 7 years been beautifully cared for in her own home by the dedicated team of Caring Crew.
Over the years the care requirements naturally increased as my mother's needs became more complicated. The manager was always on hand to offer advice and
support on what became an all-consuming journey for both my mother and myself as her carer. I never felt alone as the care team became like an extended family. My mother received such gentle and sensitive care all the way through but I was so moved on her final days how they just knew what was needed. The carers gently washing her the morning she died will always stay with me of the immense dedication and devotion this care team provided.
My mother was truly blessed by being cared for by Caring Crew. Thank you.

From the moment the care manager came to assess our needs we felt safe and cared for. Dad had a good relationship with his carer and looked forward to his visits. He always turned up at the agreed time and was very thorough in looking after my dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Caring Crew -
they really do care!

From the initial consultation, Caring Crew were kind, supportive and helpful towards the needs of my mum and myself. Mum had a good relationship with her carer who always arrived within the agreed time frame, spent the whole of the allocated visit time with Mum talking to her as well as meeting her
needs in every way. The app allowed the family to keep up to date with Mum's welfare and we felt very connected. They helped us all through a difficult time and I am very grateful to them.

Caring Crew have been excellent in looking after my aunt for the past year or so, she was elderly and had broken her wrist and could no longer cope by herself at home. Caring Crew provided three calls a day to help her with all her daily needs including meals and dressing but anything my aunt needed
they helped with. The management team are easy to get hold of and very responsive when we needed any changes to the normal service. The Caring Crew enabled my aunt to carry on living at home (as she wanted) rather than going into a care home, thanks to all her carers and managers.

Caring Crew are the best, they help me lots and lots and they are nice. They help me to do lots of things and play games with me, they always help me do things I can not do like shower and get dressed and make my food and we go shopping and do my garden and when I'm poorly they phone the doctor and
help me get better too.

My mother was is in hospital over Christmas and was discharged under the care of the reablement team. When that had finished my mother decided that she still needed help. We contacted the Caring Crew and the next day the care manager visited, conducted an assessment and arranged daily visits by carers
starting the next day. They are 1-hour visits to help her with washing, dressing and breakfast. I was given access to the system and am able to see the reports of the carer's visits to my mum which the carers send to head office. My mum finds the carers helpful, kind and caring.
Recently it was my brother's wedding, unfortunately, my mother was unwell at the very last minute and was unable to attend. At very short notice, the care manager was able to arrange 24-hour care for my mother which meant that I was able to attend and stay over which I am very grateful for. I would recommend this service.

My husband and I cannot thank Caring Crew enough for all the love, kindness and support they give to our disabled, elderly friend.
They are just so kind and caring, every single one of them.
Despite all the difficulties they endure, they still keep a warm, friendly manner.
I have been particularly
impressed by the managers for the provisional, kind way in which they manage our friend.

My father began having carers in to his home, following a fall and had reablement carers for 6 weeks.
He did not want people coming into the bungalow initially, but once he realised they were there for his benefit and my mother’s then he accepted them.
They have relieved the pressure on my mother.
He now has carers from Caring Crew four times a day.
I do not live locally and receive an email rota each week with details of planned carers and can then see at a glance each visit a carer has made via the app on my phone.
We have used the emergency phone number for times between care visits which has been wonderful.
Mum and Dad are growing used to having new people in their home. Mum loves getting to know them all.

My father was released from hospital and needed immediate care. Caring Crew came to the rescue and managed to put into place two visits a day, one at lunchtime and one in the evening to help my father prepare and get into bed. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to help.
From the very first
contact with the team, I have found them professional and very compassionate; I could not ask for more.
Their app keeps me up-to-date with each visit and gives me peace of mind.

My aunt was terminally ill when Caring Crew took over her care at home. Thanks to their very thorough care and dedication she was able to spend her final months, just as she wished, in her own home. It was only when even she finally admitted she needed 24 hour-a-day attention that she was moved to a
care home, for the last few days of her life.

Nan is looked after very well. The carers show a genuine caring approach and work very hard to ensure a high level of care. I have been impressed with the level of care shown in recent times (COVID) and the level of precaution taken, ensuring she is kept as safe as possible.

My mum came into Caring Crew's care service at a time when her disability was becoming difficult for her to cope. From the start the manager assessed my mum for her needs in a caring and dedicated way. She made my mum feel at ease at a time that was very difficult for her to make decisions to allow
carers to carry out basic daily tasks on her behalf. The day my mum met her assigned carer was the first time in months I had seen my mum smile and laugh. After the first one or two visits, my mum's personality started to shine again. The manager was very active in arranging special times for Mum's carer to be able to spend social time with her and take her out for a day each month which gave her something to look forward too. They also arranged sleepovers to allow me weekend breaks and a holiday each year. They changed my mum's life for the better and I cannot thank them enough for giving me back the mother I knew growing up. Thank you, Caring Crew, for your time, dedication and love.
