We honestly don't know how we would cope without Caring Crew's support and highly recommend them to anyone having a stressful time caring for a loved one.

So far so good! One particular individual who did my mum's initial assessment, went truly above and beyond, even going as far as to bathe her and get her out of the hospital gown she had just come home in. I can truly not thank you enough, you know who you are! Mum is still finding it a challenge to adjust to being home after five weeks in hospital, but she and my sister and I, have great confidence in Caring Crew - thank you for the work so far and again to that one particular individual who continues to be of such great help and support to not only my mum, but also taking my sister and I’s wellbeing also at such a stressful time - I truly appreciate it!

As a family, we cannot praise this company enough for the kindness, support and compassion you have all shown to our dear mum. Your quick actions saved my mum's life when she was taken to hospital and diagnosed with sepsis. We will be forever grateful. The management team and all the staff are so supportive. You genuinely care about your clients. Mum has been treated with so much dignity and respect. The past year has been one of the hardest of our lives. Not only do you support Mum you relieve some of the pressure from us so that we can do our jobs and care for our own families. We honestly don’t know how we would cope without you all. From the moment the care manager came to assess our needs we felt safe and cared for. Dad had a good relationship with his carer and looked forward to his visits. He always turned up at the agreed time and was very thorough in looking after my dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Caring Crew - they really do care!

The staff were very kind to my elderly mother and tended to her care needs. She liked all the carers. They were patient, understanding and professional. Would recommend Caring Crew.

From the initial consultation, Caring Crew were kind, supportive and helpful towards the needs of my mum and myself. Mum had a good relationship with her carer who always arrived within the agreed time frame, spent the whole of the allocated visit time with Mum talking to her as well as meeting her needs in every way. The app allowed the family to keep up to date with Mum's welfare and we felt very connected. They helped us all through a difficult time and I am very grateful to them.

Caring Crew have been excellent in looking after my aunt for the past year or so, she was elderly and had broken her wrist and could no longer cope by herself at home. Caring Crew provided three calls a day to help her with all her daily needs including meals and dressing but anything my aunt needed they helped with. The management team are easy to get hold of and very responsive when we needed any changes to the normal service. The Caring Crew enabled my aunt to carry on living at home (as she wanted) rather than going into a care home, thanks to all her carers and managers.

Caring Crew are the best, they help me lots and lots and they are nice. They help me to do lots of things and play games with me, they always help me do things I can not do like shower and get dressed and make my food and we go shopping and do my garden and when I'm poorly they phone the doctor and help me get better too.

Very satisfied with the service being provided, the sitter arrives at the specified time and fully understands what is required and engages with us on all aspects of our needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the sitter and the support provided by the company.

Recently it was my brother's wedding, unfortunately, my mother was unwell at the very last minute and was unable to attend. At very short notice, the care manager was able to arrange 24-hour care for my mother which meant that I was able to attend and stay over which I am very grateful for. I would recommend this service.

My aunt was terminally ill when Caring Crew took over her care at home. Thanks to their very thorough care and dedication she was able to spend her final months, just as she wished, in her own home. It was only when even she finally admitted she needed 24 hour-a-day attention that she was moved to a care home, for the last few days of her life.

Nan is looked after very well. The carers show a genuine caring approach and work very hard to ensure a high level of care. I have been impressed with the level of care shown in recent times (COVID) and the level of precaution taken, ensuring she is kept as safe as possible.

My mum came into Caring Crew's care service at a time when her disability was becoming difficult for her to cope. From the start the manager assessed my mum for her needs in a caring and dedicated way. She made my mum feel at ease at a time that was very difficult for her to make decisions to allow carers to carry out basic daily tasks on her behalf. The day my mum met her assigned carer was the first time in months I had seen my mum smile and laugh. After the first one or two visits, my mum's personality started to shine again. The manager was very active in arranging special times for Mum's carer to be able to spend social time with her and take her out for a day each month which gave her something to look forward too. They also arranged sleepovers to allow me weekend breaks and a holiday each year. They changed my mum's life for the better and I cannot thank them enough for giving me back the mother I knew growing up. Thank you, Caring Crew, for your time, dedication and love.

This helped her to relax and was able to sort things out that concern her. We are very grateful to ComForcare for all the help and care given.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank ComForcare and every one that looked after my friend for the caring compassionate way you tended to him. Particularly in the last few weeks of his life. He didn't have a very happy life at the end but you helped in and me along. Thank you again.
