At the moment, I am happy with the care I receive. Things have improved with the way the company runs. After my last meeting with the manager, they seemed to listen to my concerns.

Overall Experience

Well looked after. A particular carer is very helpful, always looking out for me. The rest of the staff are very good. I have no complaints, and I feel I have support as I am on my own. They keep an eye on my legs as I am on my own and can not reach them without getting out of breath, so I am very happy with the care I am receiving.

Excellent service and personal-centred care, updated thoroughly with any concerns.
Carers are very supportive of my dad as well, even though Mum is the service user. Have complete trust in each and every member of staff.

Overall Experience

Our experience of care and support for my mother is nothing but positive. She is 103 years old which poses extra difficulties for family and carers. I was for some time Mum's main carer, sharing duties with other family members. Inevitably it became quite difficult and could no longer cover all her needs. So with the aid of the local council services, we worked a care plan with Hales Home Care to help. The formulated plan for three visits a day works well alongside my two to three visits each week, a three-hour round trip, and I still visit her to do the gardening and washing in with the carers visits works well all around. The carers are great at covering all Mum's needs. Not always easy as people will know as Mum gets a bit agitated nowadays but carers are marvelous, very professional, kind, helpful, sometimes going above and beyond with having a bit of a chat too. A huge help! Thanks to all.

I have been happy with the visits my grandmother receives, the girls are always professional and pleasant with her despite some challenging behaviour in the past. You feel like you can work with them whilst we and my grandmother navigate her worsening memory and make sure she is safe.

Overall Experience
My dad has been using the service for several months now 3 times a day, I can say that the service is second to none everyone that cares for dad is very good at their job they really care for my dad not just in a practical sense.
The staff are not just doing a job they actually care about the person and go above and beyond our expectations.
The staff in particular 1 we have regular updates from on how dad’s doing.

I would recommend them to anyone needing the service.
