1 to 1 Care is an independent care provider that was established in 2004 to provide the highest level of support and personal care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, their philosophy is very simple; the Client's best interest comes first, every time.

The company is an approved provider of homecare to Oxfordshire County Council and the Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust and they work closely with Sir Michael Sobell House Hospice. 1 to 1 Care also has a growing number of private clients.

All staff are full employees; they are carefully selected, trained & monitored for their empathy & ability to provide excellent personal care.

A high level of training, coupled with regular staff supervisions and unannounced spot checks ensure that standards of care provision are meticulously high.

They cover the following areas:- Headington, Wheatley, Cowley, Garsington, Sandford-on-Thames, Baldons, Abingdon, Sutton Courtenay, Stadhampton, Berinsfield, Dorchester, Chalgrove, Benson, Roke, Wallingford and all the villages within those boundaries.

The area of coverage has some flexibility.

I decided to use 1 to 1 Care because they had done such a good job with my mother and mother-in-law. I needed someone to assist him getting up, dressed and taking his medication as I have to go to work at 0600. He enjoys his visits and chats and it provides him with contact while I am at work. They
are always cheerful and helpful and get in touch if there are any problems, I can trust he will be fine until I get home.

As a family, we could not have asked to have found a better care agency. The quality of care provided is second to none. Every single member of staff is so kind, caring and goes above and beyond. They have provided us with so much support over the last few years and become an extension to the family.

Very personable, patient and caring with my father who had dementia and they were also very understanding with my mother who struggled to accept the change in her husband. My mother was very apprehensive about having a carer that she didn’t know within her home but this was absolutely fine, not a single
issue.
The administration staff within their office were fantastic with keeping us up to date with my father's care when he was in hospital and any changes of medication.
The whole team at 1 to 1 care are fantastic and really took the pressure off us as a family.
We will definitely be giving them a call if we need them in the future.

1 to 1 have been providing care for my 92-year-old Mum who is determined to remain living independently in her own home despite becoming less mobile and slightly frail. The care provided is tailored to her needs and we have always found the carers to be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, caring, and considerate.
The carers are also trained and experienced as proved recently when they knew exactly what to do when Mum had a couple of falls in her home. Because Mum sees the same carers on a daily basis, she has been able to get to know them which helps her to feel safe and secure when having to allow people into her home; this also provides the family with confidence that our Mum is receiving the best care possible.

The service provided to my 92-year-old mother was professional, caring and very efficient. All requests were dealt with quickly and there was always a contact available when required. The carers were friendly and my mother looked upon them as friends. If there was a need to obtain essential food
items the cares would attend to this which was a great help as I and my sister live some distance away from mother's house. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the overall service provided.

From my initial phone call to the agency to gather information to the present day, I have and my mother the highest quality of help and advice from the agency management, clerical staff and most of all the carers. They have been able to meet all of my mothers needs and act quickly when her care needs
change suddenly.
All carers are respectful of my mother, my family and my home. They keep good time and let me know if they are help up. They are cheerful, patient and very gentle in the care of my mother.
