Our carer, Wolverhampton Branch, is the best thing that's ever happened to our family! These last few months have been difficult with our disabled son and she's there every step of the way: showering him, feeding him, meeting him off school transport, reading to him and making sure she plays and sings his favourite song ( he loves it!) she's more than a carer, almost like a mother to him! We feel safe and secure when she's with him as she knows him so well. The only thing I would say in regards to improvement as the carers need to be more open and have a bit more common sense, or AMG tends to figure out all carers that are pretty good with me.
