AMG started reablement after my husbands discharge , following surgery. They came 4 times a day. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. They showed no respect for my husband or our home. We saw many different faces over the weeks , we can honestly say there were just three members who were very kind and respectful. These members showed true kindness. The others need some extra training in how to show care and respect and basic hygiene. From the moment they entered our home usually walking mud in, some of they kept their coats on. At the beginning spending 10 to 15 minutes each visit We have had bed pans dropped causing so much mess, my husband had his catheter pulled causing trauma. I decided to get in touch with PALS at the hospital. This is just a few of the incidents. We started to do as much as possible even though I am disabled my self, because we dreaded them arriving. I have mentioned to other health care professionals, who knew straight away, who they were.

I have to mention one person (Amanda) who is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she works very hard ensuring that all care received is of the highest standard. Within a short time, my husband was encouraged to start gentle exercises in bed and he has gradually progressed to being able to sit in a chair. He is becoming stronger both mentally and physically. We have the team from AMG to thank for all their hard work and the hope they have given us for the continuation of his recovery.

I will say that a little more from those above in terms of communication, understanding my sons situation before switching staff around would make this whole experience absolutely top tier! Overall, very good, thank you amg

Had the pleasure of having care for my late wife and then myself for a short time. The carers were always kind and gave myself and my wife valarie the respect and dignity needed to make us feel cared for. We both enjoyed visits from Ros and Lorna especially as they were very professional in their role as carers to us both.

One carer in particular is the most kind caring dedicated person I have ever known dhe is amazing she is part of the family whilst remaining very professional. All of the carers have been very good I can not fault the care they give my Mum.

I will always be grateful to the Lincoln branch who cared for my late Father. I will be forever grateful to Ros and Debra for the care they gave my Dad. They treated him with such kindness and dignity and always went the extra mile. It meant more to me than words can say and I feel incredibly lucky to have had them looking after him right until the end.

The team from Lincoln branch providing palliative care to my Dad were just amazing and we could not have managed Dad's last few weeks on this earth without them. You truly have the most caring and professional team. We have spent today planning his order of service. The song he will leave to is "see you later alligator" which was one of the last things he said to one of the AMG team whilst I was with him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and kindness and excellent care.

We have been registered with AMG Stone for approximately 12 months for our child who is autistic with quite complex health difficulties. All the carers have been very respectful, compassionate and understanding during this time. Our child takes time to warm to unfamiliar people, and the carers have been very patient, ensuring that they give the child the space and freedom whilst maintaining health and safety. My only concern would be the changes in staff over a short period of time, but I am aware this is an ongoing difficulty across the caring industry, so it is unavoidable at times.

AMG have been caring for my husband since he came out of hospital five weeks ago. Two carers have been coming four times a day because my husband was bed bound. The carers have showed compassion and kindness and their help has been invaluable to my myself and my husband. We have seen a big improvement in my husband's health over the last five weeks and he is now engaging with the carers and with his sheer determination and the carers help he is now slowly walking again. Thank you to all of them who have come through our door and keep up the good work.

AMG have been providing care for a few years now. They provide amazing care with so much empathy, dignity and respect. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They never leave us without care, always happy and cheerful staff. We have such a lovely relationship which is very important when having carers in your home. Everyone in the office and management are so lovely too. If I need to contact them due to us having appointments. They are always going above and beyond too. Thank you AMG.

The carer is fantastic, she's professional, caring, goes above and beyond and most of all we feel comfortable having her in our home caring for our child. She's always been reliable and dependable and has made us always feel secure and safe in her care of our child.

The carer cares for my nephew, she goes above and beyond making sure he's always happy. Nothing is too much trouble and my nephew adores her. As soon as he hears the carer's voice you see his face light up.

The care given to my mother by the staff has been exemplary. I feel very confident that my mother is getting first class treatment from all the carers who attend her at home. Mum is treated with great care, respect and dignity by the whole team and feels very comfortable with their attendance to her. I now that the right decisions will be made with her future care by this team of carers.

Our carer, Wolverhampton Branch, is the best thing that's ever happened to our family! These last few months have been difficult with our disabled son and she's there every step of the way: showering him, feeding him, meeting him off school transport, reading to him and making sure she plays and sings his favourite song ( he loves it!) she's more than a carer, almost like a mother to him! We feel safe and secure when she's with him as she knows him so well. You cannot put a price on the experience and love a dedicated carer will give, she goes above and beyond for our child and we are so lucky she came into our life! Lately our child has been struggling with sleep and settling, but she calms him, soothes him and is like a guardian angel looking over him: she deserves all the credit and is a fantastic ambassador for AMG Nursing Wolverhampton.

The carer has provided exemplary care for my nephew for 11 years. She consistently goes above and beyond in all that she does. She is treasured by our family and we are so grateful for the compassion and dedication she brings to my nephew's care.

We love this carer, and my nephew loves her even more. She's truly one of a kind.

This review is solely based on my Mums carer. She is outstanding and goes over and above to make my mum's life rewarding and fulfilling. She provides assistance to my Father as her care of my Mum enables him to live a happy life also. The carer is incredible and is an asset to AMG.
