AMG Nursing & Care Services - Chesterfield offers domiciliary care for people who require care but wish to remain in their own home.

Highly trained care and nursing staff undertake an intensive five day induction course and ongoing training to meet the needs of individual customers.

Care involves whatever they require - from minimal support, personal care such as washing and dressing, or more complex nursing-led support.

Staff understand that living with a long-term condition and suffering from a lack of independence can be extremely challenging. Professional, nursing led carers can, if required, provide support for those who need assistance with a range of complex conditions, from diabetes to help for people with head or spinal cord injuries.

Staff are available for days or nights, short or long shifts, with a 24 hour on-call service.

Myself and my husband can't thank AMG Nursing and Care Services enough for the quick response to put care in place for my father-in-law in the last week of his life. He was treated with care, dignity and respect at all times. The staff were amazing that came into his home and couldn't be more helpful
to us as a family as well as my father-in-law. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they made him smile and us too at such a difficult time.
Thank you again to all the staff that were involved in his care.

I would personally like to thank AMG for the care they gave my brother in the last weeks of his life. They treated him with care and dignity and went above and beyond with everything they did. As well as caring for my brother they helped me to get through a very difficult time. I would certainly recommend

As a whole the service provided has been good. As with any group of staff, some are better than others. In general, staff are caring and considerate seeking to help both the clients and their families. Knowing that a carer is due at specific times provides reassurance when things are difficult.

What a lovely group of people to deal with, from the moment I phoned up and asked for help to be put in place for my mum everyone at AMG have been lovely, helpful and efficient. Me and my family were extremely happy and grateful for the care and support we were given during the last few weeks of my mum's battle with cancer. They were so kind and friendly with my mum, making her laugh and smile. But they also offered emotional support to myself and my dad which helped us greatly
through some difficult weeks. I want to specifically mention one member of staff who helped my dad with finding contacts of people who could give us extra support and also for how she was with my mum. After she did the jobs she needed to she sat with my mum for a few moments just to have a chat. Little things like that meant so much to my mum, so I want to thank her for that. Also, another member of staff was always very cheerful and chatty with my mum and us which made my mum look forward to them coming back. The care and jobs they had to do on daily visits were done to extremely high standards, but it was the extra support that wasn't on their tick list that made us so happy with this service.
