I would personally like to thank AMG for the care they gave my brother in the last weeks of his life. They treated him with care and dignity and went above and beyond with everything they did. As well as caring for my brother they helped me to get through a very difficult time. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needed help as nothing was too much trouble. As a whole the service provided has been good. As with any group of staff, some are better than others. In general, staff are caring and considerate seeking to help both the clients and their families. Knowing that a carer is due at specific times provides reassurance when things are difficult.

What a lovely group of people to deal with, from the moment I phoned up and asked for help to be put in place for my mum everyone at AMG have been lovely, helpful and efficient. The carers that visited my mum daily were helpful, caring and just lovely. Thank you so much everyone and for all your help in getting my mum independent again. I would definitely recommend and use AMG again.

AMG provided excellent care and piece of mind during my auntie's last few months, giving valuable respite to my mother who was my auntie's primary carer. Me and my family were extremely happy and grateful for the care and support we were given during the last few weeks of my mum's battle with cancer. They were so kind and friendly with my mum, making her laugh and smile. But they also offered emotional support to myself and my dad which helped us greatly through some difficult weeks. I want to specifically mention one member of staff who helped my dad with finding contacts of people who could give us extra support and also for how she was with my mum. After she did the jobs she needed to she sat with my mum for a few moments just to have a chat. Little things like that meant so much to my mum, so I want to thank her for that. Also, another member of staff was always very cheerful and chatty with my mum and us which made my mum look forward to them coming back. The care and jobs they had to do on daily visits were done to extremely high standards, but it was the extra support that wasn't on their tick list that made us so happy with this service.
