We have been registered with AMG Stone for approximately 12 months for our child who is autistic with quite complex health difficulties. All the carers have been very respectful, compassionate and understanding during this time. Our child takes time to warm to unfamiliar people, and the carers have
been very patient, ensuring that they give the child the space and freedom whilst maintaining health and safety. My only concern would be the changes in staff over a short period of time, but I am aware this is an ongoing difficulty across the caring industry, so it is unavoidable at times.

AMG have been caring for my husband since he came out of hospital five weeks ago. Two carers have been coming four times a day because my husband was bed bound. The carers have showed compassion and kindness and their help has been invaluable to my myself and my husband. We have seen a big improvement
in my husband's health over the last five weeks and he is now engaging with the carers and with his sheer determination and the carers help he is now slowly walking again. Thank you to all of them who have come through our door and keep up the good work.

AMG have been providing care for a few years now. They provide amazing care with so much empathy, dignity and respect. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They never leave us without care, always happy and cheerful staff. We have such a lovely relationship
which is very important when having carers in your home. Everyone in the office and management are so lovely too. If I need to contact them due to us having appointments. They are always going above and beyond too. Thank you AMG.

AMG have been amazing with my mother in law's care.
Staff were amazing and work so hard.
We felt so out of depth once mum was discharged home but AMG helped make the process easy.
A very big shout out to one staff member in particular who was absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond and we felt
very lucky and blessed to have her at this very trying time when we were adjusting to our new norm.
She is a credit to the company and also two other specific staff members who were also amazing.
Staff all work hard and we appreciated everything they did for mum.
I honestly can't recommend AMG enough.

Our carer, Wolverhampton Branch, is the best thing that's ever happened to our family! These last few months have been difficult with our disabled son and she's there every step of the way: showering him, feeding him, meeting him off school transport, reading to him and making sure she plays and sings
his favourite song ( he loves it!) she's more than a carer, almost like a mother to him! We feel safe and secure when she's with him as she knows him so well. You cannot put a price on the experience and love a dedicated carer will give, she goes above and beyond for our child and we are so lucky she came into our life! Lately our child has been struggling with sleep and settling, but she calms him, soothes him and is like a guardian angel looking over him: she deserves all the credit and is a fantastic ambassador for AMG Nursing Wolverhampton.

The carer has been a part of my nephew's life for 12 wonderful years, and from the very beginning, she's been like a second mom to him. She blended seamlessly into our family, and it's clear how much she truly cares.
The carer is kind, compassionate, and deeply dedicated- not just to my nephew, but
to all of her clients. Her warmth, patience, and understanding make her incredibly special.
We love this carer, and my nephew loves her even more. She's truly one of a kind.

This review is solely based on my Mums carer. She is outstanding and goes over and above to make my mum's life rewarding and fulfilling. She provides assistance to my Father as her care of my Mum enables him to live a happy life also. The carer is incredible and is an asset to AMG.

Wow, what team at AMG!! My husband was diagnosed with MND in August 2024. We have been receiving AMG since January 2025. What a positive difference this has made on our lives. Overall I felt very well cared for by the team of carers. There were 26 different carers in the six weeks I was with AMG. As you would expect there was an array of personalities involved. The majority of carers were caring, professional, chatty and kind. There were only two or three that I think should
reassess their skill set and career choice. The star awards given below are therefore based on the vast majority of the carers, not the couple of outliers.
There were also some carers who were completely outstanding, dedicated and a credit to the caring profession and to AMG. I would like to mention particularly 5 ladies who I had attend me many times and they deserve recognition for their fantastic service. They clearly love what they do, have fabulous personalities and made me feel safe and in competent hands. I will miss them a great deal.
I would like to just add one slight negative - it would be great if there was someone to pick up the phone at AMG.

Overall good experience. The lady is very knowledgeable and helpful. Have different pairs of carers so don't know who is turning up unless I ask. It would be nice to have carers who are regular so we get to know them and feel comfortable with them.
Time keeping is hap-hazard which inflicts on our
own circumstances and routine. This is mainly due to carers schedule and add-on work load.
Trying to contact the management at office ie seeking help: and receiving reply is non existent.
