We have had one or two minor problems, very minor, but one member of staff in particular has always listened to us and acted accordingly to sort the problem.

Thanks for keeping my mum happy and safe, coupled with the companionship on her care calls she especially loved her surprise dinners delivered as a surprise, you went above and beyond.
