Over that time her needs increased as did the need for more personal care. Throughout the care was provided very professionally and with care and compassion.
A core of regular carers enabled Mum to learn who people were and build strong friendships.
In Mum's last few weeks the need for care escalated significantly and, as if by magic, Angels were able to provide this increased support while still maintaining the carers mum had got to know.
Overall, a very professional care provider with carers that truly care and want to help.
Angels were sorry for your loss and the carers liked your mother very much. Angels are glad that they could make her time left on this earth to be taken with ease. Thanks, Angels carers.
All the staff ae Angels Care Management were always so professional and cared for my father with patience and attention to detail. Many went above and beyond what was asked of them.
The Angels that come to Mum provide outstanding support. Mum and I rely on their care and are always reassured that they will be coming in every day, giving Mum her tablets, and more than anything else, talk to Mum, make her happy!

When my mother had an accident at home the carer that morning did not panic and stayed with her till she was taken away by ambulance. They showed empathy and understanding at all times.

The care received was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my wife's needs. We could not have wished for a better service.
97% satisfactory. It would be nice if they telephoned me when they had to alter the time shown on the timetable. NB All those who physically handle the clients deserve higher wages. What about a quarterly bonus for no absenteeism, good timekeeping etc.
Most carers are excellent. Our only concern is that too many difficult carers are scheduled. This means they can't learn what mum needs and communication between so many different people keeps on breaking down. Individually most carers are excellent, often making good suggestions or preparing activities eg new food or suggesting and getting mum organised to do some drawing.
I always say they are excellent and care.
Carers needs first due to health and safety, no common sense will prevail, client second, client's family member third. Times haphazard on arrival. What can be done or what they are prepared to do is strictly followed by the book. No exceptions. Poor liaison with management.
I take on board the review that has been received. To respond to this, Angels have to say that all correct and full information has not clearly been received or revealed. Our staff are trained to work with good practice and not to put themselves or the client at risk, after a request for an OT...
