I am very impressed d by the standard of care, professionalism, qualifications and attention given to my mum by the hardworking young ladies who have attended her.
They have bene very patient.
I have been dependent on Availl carers for over four years to give me a break from looking after my husband who has Alzheimers. I have always found the management exceptionally responsive and understanding, even sometimes out of working hours and at weekends. Inevitably, there have been some variations, but on the whole the carers have been well chosen and consistently helpful.
We truly understand how important it is for family carers to have reliable respite, and we're so pleased to hear that you've found our team responsive, understanding and...
Availl (Cambridge) are an excellent provider of care. My mother needs live-in-care which Availl has provided for her. The carers she has are very professional, very caring and compassionate. The management team have worked very hard to supply carers to meet my mother's needs. They are also very willing to assist us with any queries or concerns and are always at the end of the phone which is very reassuring. The service they all provide has helped greatly with relieving some of the pressures for myself and my family with the day to day care for my mother. I can highly recommend Availl Cambridge for anyone looking for short or long term care for their loved ones.
Communication is very good and I am kept up to date on all aspects of care and support.
My son is able to live as independently as possible with the fantastic support he receives.
I could not have managed without their help.
I have been pleased with my experience of Avail (Cambridge) who I have used for just over a year. I have found the management easy to deal with and conscientious about visiting to make sure standards are maintained. The carers get my husband, who has Parkinson's disease, washed and dressed. They treat him with respect and care. There are sometimes occasional problems with delayed carers because of Cambridge traffic and half-terms are difficult, but I am happy with the service.
I needed very urgent 24-hour care for my mother who has Alzheimers. On contacting the Cambridge office, I was totally impressed by the professional and emotional support I received. They were a lifeline to me when I did not know where to turn. They provided the carers to cover all the time and days required. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
My mother receives outstanding care and service from Availl. The manager is extremely professional, well organised, compassionate and caring as are the others in the management team. They are always willing to discuss any aspect of care and are accessible at all times. I don't know how we would cope without them. They go out of their way to help my mother and to help myself and my brother.
Availl are an excellent provider of care. We have used the agency for day time relief care and they are reliable, providing carefully selected carers and they really try to use the same carer as much as possible, which is a great comfort. Any communication is kind, caring and professional.
