Amazing home care service, reliable, extremely well organised and run. Couldn't ask for better. Superb staff/team, extremely prompt, friendly and helpful. A company that actually care. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

CARE has been fine the carers have been lovely just prefer the regulars new ones can get a bit much mums gets a bit , we are all very kind even if messaged with concerns the staff havealways dealt kindly and nicely

Following a fall last spring my family insisted that I should at least try some home help, so reluctantly I agreed .and signed up for 5 1 hour sessions a week. What a difference it has made I thought I was managing quite well on my own, but my carer helps with so many little things and is a lot quicker than me. I refer to her as my PA! She often anticipates things I need before I realise it but doesn't take over. We cook together, shop together, tidy long neglected drawers and laugh together. She is a little ray of sunshine and her arrival in the morning is always a good start to the day.

Very pleased how Availl has helped my husband Keith. With very caring staff, nothing was and is too much trouble. I cannot fault them and would recommend them to all.

I have been dependent on Availl carers for over four years to give me a break from looking after my husband who has Alzheimers. I have always found the management exceptionally responsive and understanding, even sometimes out of working hours and at weekends. Inevitably, there have been some variations, but on the whole the carers have been well chosen and consistently helpful.

Availl (Cambridge) are an excellent provider of care. My mother needs live-in-care which Availl has provided for her. The carers she has are very professional, very caring and compassionate. The management team have worked very hard to supply carers to meet my mother's needs. They are also very willing to assist us with any queries or concerns and are always at the end of the phone which is very reassuring. The service they all provide has helped greatly with relieving some of the pressures for myself and my family with the day to day care for my mother. I can highly recommend Availl Cambridge for anyone looking for short or long term care for their loved ones.

My son is able to live as independently as possible with the fantastic support he receives.

Very Good interaction with Care Coordinators & Carers, however there are a few instances that could be tightened up. These being : Standardize the cancellation Policy to all Clients to 48 Hrs, and ensure that the Care Coordinators are aware of this. Personal circumstances change daily for clients & I know how hard it is for the Care Coordinators having been in a similar Construction business.juggling & placing 60 Surveyors with clients. With only 2 Main Coordinators in the office there should be more communication with Clients, and I still maintain that instead of loosing Good Carers, a Mileage Allowance should be payable even if it is from the office in Huntingdon to the first call off the day. Carers should be provided with 2 sets of overalls and not Nylon which are extremely Hot & uncomfortable in the Hot Weather. Also for the higher Grade Carers perhaps some consideration should be given to offering them a Contract instead off Loosing them.

This company has gone downhill. When the previous managers were there they were always good to me and helped me when I needed something. I called to ask if they could help me and they answered the phones to me when I needed help. But now the previous managers have left. The senior manager is not helpful. I tried to phone today. I need her to do a thing for me, to cancel my shift for Saturday. But she totally ignores me. She knows I am ringing but she always ignores the phone, that way she does not have to deal with anything. This is unacceptable behaviour from Availl. I wish you do not go to this company for help. I only like coming to this company due to the support worker, he is always good to me and also my other support worker is always good to me as well. Do not go to this company for help, they do not help you at all. You always have to go to your support worker for help and to complain about this company to them about this company and they will do something about it, but they don't. The owner needs to do something about this.

The company is useless with poor cleaners and carers. On Friday 14th July 2023 a carer was looking after me. He was employed to clean up the poo left by myself as I have Huntingdons which means I am incontinent. On that day he asked to use the bathroom as he had a long journey to Diss and said he would leave a mess on the floor like he had to clean up but would clean it with antiseptic wipes only. He did not clean it up but left it for me to clean which was tricky as I am disabled but disgusted and distressed I had to clean it up myself. I spoke to the council first and expected help but this didn't happen as his manager denied it happened. I was appalled at this and now I find myself distrustful of the manager, the carer and the other cleaners and carers in case they do it again.

I cannot thank Availl enough for the care and attention my husband received from them. They were kind, caring and thoughtful and thoroughly professional. Thank you Availl from the bottom of my heart. Many thanks.

All the visiting care providers have maintained the highest standards in all areas, and are compassionate, reliable, friendly, and professional.

My family can never thank you enough for all the compassion, care, and dignity shown towards my wonderful father. After 2 years of battling a life-limiting condition, we needed the nighttime covered as well. Availl stepped in with night sitters from 8 pm-7 am. They were absolutely exceptional. Creating such a calming and relaxed atmosphere, constantly by his bedside, holding his hand and tending to his every need. I'm emotional now just thinking about how my father cried, as he tightly held one carer's hand, and slowly opened up about his awful memories of childhood. Something he'd never felt able to tell anyone else before. Her kindness and love toward my father was incredible. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there when he needed it the most. On 2nd October he passed away. The carer that night was extremely professional and showed my father the dignity and compassion he so deserved. On behalf of my father and our family, we couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you so much to all at Availl Norwich. The office staff have been very helpful and understanding and always accommodating during what has been a very hard time for me and my family. The carers were all lovely, all wore full PPE, and had a real caring nature. Availl went out of their way to make sure that all preferences were met and I really wish to recommend Availl to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you everyone at Availl, you will not be forgotten.

All sitters have been helpful and responsible. Any time I've needed to ring the office I have been impressed by how friendly and efficient the office staff have been. The company seem very well organised and I have the impression they care about and look after their staff.

My husband was sent home from a 2-month stay, mostly in isolation during the start of lockdown. He was not expected to live due to aspiration pneumonia and advanced Parkinson's disease. He arrived home unable to communicate, bedridden from being moderately active and having pureed food and thickened drinks. Thanks to all his carers who work in shifts 24 hours, along with myself as a carer too, he has made remarkable progress. The greatest reward is to see his face light up, smile and laugh and acknowledge them with a 'welcome back' and asking if they will be coming back. He has said, 'You are brilliant, my staff are wonderful' as well as, 'Oh no, not hair washing again'.

I would like to thank the carers with Availl for helping my father whilst I was unable to visit because I had to isolate due to covid. The carers helped with food shopping and cleaning as well as preparing the meal. They spent time talking to him as he didn't see anyone. I am grateful the carers were there as I couldn't be.

Availl are a fantastic team. We can always see that they have been. It is always a before Availl and then the difference when they have been. It is clean and fresh. They work hard and arrive on time. Any problems, you phone and they are polite and sort problems out. They work within the client's needs and they are very cheerful. Even in these strange times. I say, thank you Availl.
