My family can never thank you enough for all the compassion, care, and dignity shown towards my wonderful father. After 2 years of battling a life-limiting condition, we needed the nighttime covered as well. Availl stepped in with night sitters from 8 pm-7 am. They were absolutely exceptional. Creating
such a calming and relaxed atmosphere, constantly by his bedside, holding his hand and tending to his every need. I'm emotional now just thinking about how my father cried, as he tightly held one carer's hand, and slowly opened up about his awful memories of childhood. Something he'd never felt able to tell anyone else before. Her kindness and love toward my father was incredible. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there when he needed it the most. On 2nd October he passed away. The carer that night was extremely professional and showed my father the dignity and compassion he so deserved. On behalf of my father and our family, we couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you so much to all at Availl Norwich. The office staff have been very helpful and understanding and always accommodating during what has been a very hard time for me and my family. The carers were all lovely, all wore full PPE, and had a real caring nature. Availl went out of their way to make
sure that all preferences were met and I really wish to recommend Availl to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you everyone at Availl, you will not be forgotten.

All sitters have been helpful and responsible. Any time I've needed to ring the office I have been impressed by how friendly and efficient the office staff have been. The company seem very well organised and I have the impression they care about and look after their staff.

My husband was sent home from a 2-month stay, mostly in isolation during the start of lockdown. He was not expected to live due to aspiration pneumonia and advanced Parkinson's disease. He arrived home unable to communicate, bedridden from being moderately active and having pureed food and thickened
drinks. Thanks to all his carers who work in shifts 24 hours, along with myself as a carer too, he has made remarkable progress. The greatest reward is to see his face light up, smile and laugh and acknowledge them with a 'welcome back' and asking if they will be coming back. He has said, 'You are brilliant, my staff are wonderful' as well as, 'Oh no, not hair washing again'.

I would like to thank the carers with Availl for helping my father whilst I was unable to visit because I had to isolate due to covid. The carers helped with food shopping and cleaning as well as preparing the meal. They spent time talking to him as he didn't see anyone. I am grateful the carers were
there as I couldn't be.

Availl are a fantastic team. We can always see that they have been. It is always a before Availl and then the difference when they have been. It is clean and fresh. They work hard and arrive on time. Any problems, you phone and they are polite and sort problems out. They work within the client's needs

We cannot thank the carers enough for the dedicated care and companionship they have given to our Mother over the past five months. They have been kind, understanding, helpful and skilful in their caring role. Their timekeeping is extremely good and their willingness to understand the needs, likes and
dislikes of the client is impressive. Our only unfortunate hic-up with Availl was early on in the relationship when a member of the office team was, in our mind unprofessional, rude and unable to show empathy for the issues being experienced. Thankfully a member of the family was able to negotiate a solution and since then the relationship has improved. Dealings with the office team have since that time been more than satisfactory.

The carers are very good and genuinely care. Availl provide a good service and everything runs smoothly. I would have liked a bit more contact with Availl about who they were sending when regular carers are off due to Coronavirus concerns and if they had been working in care homes. Overall a very good
