Overall Experience

All the carers arrive on time and they assist with all daily tasks and go out when possible. All the carers are smartly dressed as there is no need for uniforms, they are all very respectful.

Overall Experience

Changed to Bluebird Care Tamworth, when not satisfied with a previous company. During the time they have cared for me I have been treated with the greatest of respect and in a very caring manner. Nothing has been too much trouble from my personal needs or going to the shop. Everyone has been extremely attentive, particularly my daily carer. Although expensive (which is the only reason I am having to cut back the service) I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

Overall Experience
My experience of Bluebird has been very good - only 2 'hiccups' with 2 people which was rapidly sorted by the staff at the office.

My carers have helped me with kindness and warmth through some very 'dark' times and given me hope and encouragement when I needed it. Also given me the strength to carry on when life seemed very bleak. They have been supportive at all times and I have looked forward to their visits twice a day. Thank you, Bluebird.

Overall Experience

We changed to Bluebird Care from a previous company and it was the best choice possible. Our carer is so friendly and kind to my dad. She helps to manage his dietary needs, medications and any other tasks to keep dad happy. The reassurance of the carer's visits is so valuable, just knowing daily needs are met.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care have been amazing. I could not have coped without their support and Mum and Dad love their carers, enjoy their company and appreciate all the carers' support. Their hard work has made it possible for Mum and Dad to continue living in their home. This would not have been possible without Bluebird Care.

Overall Experience

On the day Mum came home from the hospital, the first care team were there within a few hours. The immediately made Mum fell happy with her decision to come home. The care they provided put her mind at ease. They were absolutely fantastic in their approach, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They felt like family to us. Without them, we would not have been able to give Mum the care she needed. She called them her angels, and they truly were just that. Would highly recommend.

Your staff have been a godsend to my mother-in-law during the lockdown. Your more mature members of staff have been marvellous. They have assisted us as well as my mother-in-law. i.e. Telling us if there were problems. Thank you once again.

Overall Experience

I have nothing but praise for this company. That includes carers and management. Nothing is too much trouble and many, many times they have gone above and beyond to help us. If there is any problem, they will phone us to let us know what is happening (though this is not very often). The carers have arrived with masks, gloves, and aprons at all times. To be honest they have become an extension to our family.

Overall Experience

We called on Bluebird care when my mother in Law was due home following emergency respite care and a spell in hospital. Her health had declined quickly. She had been living independently. She was eventually diagnosed with Dementia Alzheimer's. Bluebird Care was very accommodating. They arranged an assessment and care cover really quickly, so there was no gap in provision following the end of the NHS cover. All the carers and managers were friendly, approachable, communicative, and supportive. They greatly helped my Mother in Law and she enjoyed their company. We don't know what we would have done without them.

In 2007, after having spent most of her career in customer service Deborah decided to be a part of the fulfilling care sector as she was passionate about supporting the care needs of the elderly.

Deborah was searching for a more rewarding role that she could demonstrate her passion and commitment to each and every day and that is exactly what she gets in her role as Registered Care Manager and owner of the business.

?Deborah feels blessed that she is able to be a part of a family at Bluebird Care that has the same values, vision and aspirations that match her own.

Furthermore, Deborah admires the founders of Bluebird care, who are an ‘ordinary couple’, dedicated to providing respect and dignity to the vulnerable people in our community, something Deborah can relate to. Deborah believes that these are the perfect foundations for care providers.

Tina Carter, our Care Manager, has worked for Bluebird Care Tamworth & Lichfield for over five years.

Tina enjoys working for Bluebird Care as we provide a very professional environment with a constant focus on delivering quality care and customer service.

Tina started with Bluebird Care as a care assistant and was promoted within a year to care co-ordinator.

In November 2017, Tina was promoted into the care manager position. Tina is a trainer in Medication Administration, Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, including CPR and Peg Feed. Tina believes home care is a fantastic and meaningful career, and is a prime example of the opportunities that exist at Bluebird Care and thoroughly enjoys working in the care industry.
