Bluebird's initial interview with mum was very thorough and focused on her needs. Initially mum was resistant to the idea of carers but as a family we felt she needed support as we all live away. Bluebird have been excellent with only a small band of carers visiting regularly and at the expected time. Mum has grown to look forward and welcome their visits. They have facilitated her going to appointments and out shopping along with going out for walks. We as a family see working with Bluebird as a partnership which accomodates the changes in need, a service we are very pleased with.

From my first contact with Bluebird, trying to arrange care for my nanny I was impressed. They were flexible + understanding and did all they could to explain starting to have carers visit in positive terms for to nanny. It has been extremely positive for nanny to have regular company, trips out for shopping, appointments or pleasure. I have been very happy with Bluebird Care from day one. My problems were due to a fall at the end of January, rendering me with reduced independence but not needing extreme care and am now able to cope on my own, to the point there really isn't enough for the girls to do but it is actually sadness to be parting company with the lovely young carers who have looked after me and will miss them.

Bluebird was able to look after my aunt at very short notice. The service has always been excellent, but carers are variable - the best were caring, kind, sensible, fun and good company. The worst (very few) seemed to spend a lot of time on their phones or out. We'd rather the carers did not change so rapidly.

We were so pleased with the care from Bluebird throughout 2023. Very professional and reliable carers and a great management team in place. A very thorough care plan was produced for Dad and this changed accordingly with the change in Dad's needs. It was great to be able to know that Dad was being well cared for whilst I was living 100 miles away. Any potential problems/issues with Dad, his health, or his well-being were raised straight away and solutions found.
