On the whole excellent, only twice not so good but they were very young and I thought they needed more training. They were pleasant in themselves but did not know what to do so I had to show them and I was paying for this. I am 91 but my brain is still working, the District Nurses say my body is giving up but I have the brain of a teenager. Thank you.

My mother is in her mid nineties and has memory loss. The excellent care she has received from Bluebird Care Bournemouth & Poole has enabled her to stay living in her own home. The carers are polite and treat her with competence, gentleness and respect. They assist her with washing and getting dressed, cooking meals, medication, shopping and always have time to stop and chat to her. I am particularly impressed with the way the office keeps contact with me by phone or email and very rapidly, if the carers notice anything that is a concern. This has been especially important in the last year when we as a family have not been able to visit as often as we would like.

Mum has always praised the help from the carers and when able to meet them I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble. Whenever Mum has a problem I have been able to speak to someone and things are always sorted out very quickly.

Recently, a member of the care team arrived to help put Mum to bed and discovered Dad with a head wound (he had fallen over). I was unable to reach them, so the carer chose to stay with them until the paramedics arrived and only left when the out of hours Bluebird Manager arrived to take over. This shows how committed and professional all the team are, and also the respect that the carers are given; the out of hours support arrived to ensure the carer could get home. This encapsulates the quality of service and care offered to their clients also. I would strongly recommend Bluebird to everyone!

Bluebird Care (Bournemouth) provided my Mum with the very best of care. She was treated with dignity and respect and enjoyed socially interacting with your friendly staff. From the beginning of the setting up process, when dealing with management, to the actual period of care, my sisters and I felt Mum was in very capable hands.

Ann-Marie brings a dedication and passion to lead and support our team to make Bluebird Care the very best provider of excellent service. She assists across the board to drive development, focus on quality and compliance and lead innovation. Her support means that every member of our team can perform to the best of their ability in their role, delivering quality care.
Betty has responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of our service. She is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable individuals throughout our local community. Betty leads our Office Support Team and works to support our customers, and our team of Care Assistants, to ensure our service meets the very highest level of expectation.
