Bluebird Care Cannock & Great Wyrley provides high-quality home care, live-in care and support services to keep customers safe and comfortable in their own homes covering Cannock, Penkridge, Cheslyn Hay, Coven, Great Wyrley, Essington, Hednesford, Rugeley and the surrounding villages.

The provider offers a unique choice of flexible homecare and support services tailored to the needs of the individual, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service can range from a 30-minute visit to a night-sitting service to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover a short-term illness, or respite care because the usual carer is having a break. Whatever the need, Bluebird Care dedicated homecare team are happy to discuss all requirements.

The support offered can include flexible homecare solutions that range from washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. The agency also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with household chores, like ironing, cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Bluebird Care has recently launched a Health & Wellbeing Checks Service for all new and existing customers. This new service comprises of a 30-minute appointment from specially trained ‘Care Champions’, who visit once a week to check their customer’s vital signs, such as blood pressure, alertness and breathing, and find out more about their overall wellbeing.

All Bluebird Care employees undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

It is the attention to detail that makes Bluebird Care different and this, in turn, enables their customers to live safely in the comfort of their home.

All the carers are smart, clean and wear full PPE always pleasant and make sure all my needs are met. I would trust any of these girls with anything I own great carers.

The selflessness and determination of staff in the face of this pandemic are exemplary and a credit to Bluebird.

Sam is now working closely with Allen to ensure we deliver a high standard of care to all of our customers and that Bluebird care continues to stay compliant in all areas. Emma has been working in the care industry since 1997 & joined us as Senior Care Supervisor at Stafford in 2010, being promoted to care manager for Cannock in 2011. Her nurturing style and commitment to high quality have always been central to her role.
