Overall Experience
My mother came home from hospital frail and not interested in eating and very low, and after encouragement, care and compassion from the team she has started to improve. I would like to thank her carer in particular as she has been with my mother from the beginning and has built a really good relationship with her (especially as she can be quite difficult at times). My mother doesn’t take to people easily and it’s lovely to see her communicating with her carer in particular and the rest of the carers alike, she is encouraged to eat and all her needs are taken care of such as washing and dressing and the care given is exemplary.
Whenever I contact the office my requests are always dealt with sympathetically and professionally by the manager, who will also offer advice and recommendations if I need any.

I am so glad that we choose Care 4U (Midlands) Ltd, fantastic team, thank you.

Care 4U Services have provided outstanding services for my aunty, especially one of the carers who has been in touch checking if everything is ok, there is another key worker who is an asset to the organisation she has made my aunty so happy with her outstanding care, dedication and very kind character I couldn't ask for anything more than what she does for them. I have personally met her and thought she was the best carer they have had since coming out from the hospital. I highly recommend Care 4U to anyone as they are designed for the specific needs of every individual wow.

Care 4U has been my care provider commissioned by Birmingham city council adult social care for 1 year.
They are a great company, I’ve had no complaints whats so ever, it is a mutual relationship between myself and the carers, the management is very accessible and always keep in touch with me offering me a lot of support at times when I’ve been feeling low in mood dysthymia the have been above exceptional throughout covid19
The risk assessment is always being updated, your care plan is openly discussed with it being a person centre approached.
The cares are LGBT accepting, there are no barriers with equality and diversity and are happy to discuss any concerns.
The personal care is 100% above exceptional with first-class infection control.
I have enjoyed their friendly empathetic kind professional and positive outlook.

I would recommend this service to others and certainly, if you are a LGBT person, it’s a real bonus living in Birmingham they are LGBT accepting

In my opinion, carers and clients need a few weeks getting used to each other; then a special bond sets in. I am lucky to have this with both my morning and evening carer. They cook my meals for me and do the necessary chores I ask of them, and I look forward to seeing them every day.

Couldn't be happier with the care for my mother in law. They were ready to start the day I got in touch and have always been on time and gone above and beyond to help whenever needed. Highly recommend.

The carers are usually very good, although the time they come in the mornings is too early. I don't want to get up at 6:30 am.

The service my mom has received has been excellent. Each one has been professional, caring and kind. They have empathy for my mom and show her the dignity she deserves. They are also so helpful and supportive and go the extra mile for their client. The carers we have had are very responsible and trustworthy and have definitely given my family peace of mind knowing my mom is being cared for to a high standard.

Overall Experience

My Grandmother was very poorly over the Christmas period and the staff at Care 4U were simply excellent. They went over and above their duties to ensure my Grandmother was comfortable and able to remain at home during this time. We were all extremely worried and the staff were patient and incredibly thoughtful. Whilst we sadly lost my grandmother last week, I can not be more thankful for the help and support they gave us during this difficult time.

Prior to using Care 4U, we were very wary of having a care worker at home to help take care of my wife. However, we couldn't have been more wrong and happy with the carer/service provided. My wife is not only eating better and happier but taking more steps in being independent. It really makes me smile to know that there are caring people out there and Care 4U has certainly found them.

My wife received Care 4U Services upon discharge from hospital. The carers were very pleasant, very professional and very helpful. Management was very helpful and approachable, they used to monitor and check if everything was ok and gave all the necessary support. Receiving care from a very caring team helped her positively to recover well in time.

Care 4U Services took over my sister's care package as the preferred carer switched companies. Whilst we had little interaction with the initial company, Care 4U Services were involved I was very impressed with the admin who supported my sister and the way that the management dealt with issues/thorough paperwork.

We were very happy with the quality of care provided by the carers at this agency. Communication is very important with care for my late mother due to her condition (multiple sclerosis) impairing much of her communication. The effort made by each of the ladies to carry out a conversation with my mother whilst they carried out their duties provided much needed mental stimulation for her. The carers and management team that I dealt with are extremely professional and genuinely cared about our family.
