Excellent service provided at all times, very professional and honest.

I have no complaints with Care Connect; they are an excellent team that goes the extra mile when needed. Alongside of their carers who put them selfs in a position of respect, a situation of love, laughter and care. Which, in my opinion a daily tonic to us all.

They did everything I asked, washed and dressed me, then they made my breakfast. And I was quite particular with my request. In the morning they hoovered up, and at lunchtime they prepared my food for me.

Although I have never come across any problems I am confident that any problems would be resolved asap.

Dad has been a service user since August 2024 and to be honest, I don't know a reason to do anything but recommend the company. The standard of care is very good. The carers are friendly, professional and supportive of both myself (I am in a wheelchair) and my Dad. They have an empathy and that to me is a big advantage.. it's a vocation and not just a job. Would recommend them.

Happy to recommend Care Connect. My relative has had several care companies over the past ten years and the Care Connect Team are the best we have had. They always do there best when dealing with my relative, who is a very difficult client. We have a good relationship with the company who regularly keep us informed of problems and needs. Their Team is very caring, approachable, understanding and helpful.

The admin and billing is accurate.

Professional easy to deal with and they listen. They are mostly on time if the are not it is beyond their control nothing is to much trouble very caring with my Daughter. Would recommend Care connect to anybody.

We were overwhelmed by the care we received from Care Connect. Our dad came out of hospital to spend his last weeks at home. It was such a relief to know that he was being so well looked after by the carers who visited each day. They gave him all the time he needed, talked to him and got to know him and helped him with the little things that were so important for him to feel dignified and still himself. We had a tricky situation at home. The manager listened to our concerns without judgement going above and beyond to help us navigate this while maintaining confidentiality. I really don't know how we would have coped without the support of Care Connect.

I was recommended Care Connect by a friend. Once I approached Care Connect to take over the continuing health care of my terminally ill uncle, I was impressed by their total understanding, respect, compassion, and care shown to my uncle. He was very happy with the experience and friendliness he was shown by the carers who attended to him, nothing was a problem. I could not thank them enough. I have now engaged their services once again for my Father. Highly recommend! Wonderful staff including office staff, carers, and managers, very professional.

My Mum has had excellent care from Care Connect UK over her time as a client of theirs. We can not fault them in the way they look after her with dignity and empathy. The management team always keep me informed regarding any time changes to her daily care. We have confidence in their reliable service which gives my Mum peace of mind. I can't thank the wonderful ladies of the Care Connect team from the direct care givers to the supporting office staff they have been amazing with mum, updating us at every visit and calling if there is an issue which is such a comfort to us and mum loves her girls. Mum was unwell on Friday morning and the carer spotted a problem straight away and called an ambulance and the office called us. Mum isn't well but not with what we thought and if they hadn't called an ambulance we would never have known until it was too late. They even followed up the next day to see how mum is. Excellent service, very professional carers and staff. Very understanding of my physical and mental health needs. The manager is very easy to talk to and discuss things. Every carer I have had visit me has been a pleasure to be around. They are very open and honest and accountable which I admire and respect. Top-notch.

I would just like to say that since my mother has been receiving help from a carer, going back to January through February and now March, myself and my sister have had a considerable amount of pressure taken off us and indeed my mother appears in better spirits. All of the carers are friendly, helpful and, more importantly, provide the service that we require to help our mum with her daily needs. Thank you so much!

This company is great, they're always there to give advice over the phone and they will do anything to help out. My auntie is now going to a day centre, straight away when they found out they changed the time to half an hour earlier, so I could get myself ready while they pop in. Staff are caring and don't just help my auntie they even offer myself a cuppa, especially one carer, in particular, she goes above and beyond. I would really recommend them for your loved one as my auntie is very shy and hard to please and even she loves them.

Great care delivered by all carers and diligent too. The management team is quick to respond to any concerns and deal with any issues in a timely manner. Lovely rapport with Dad and carers, especially the male staff who ensure Dad knows when the football is on and what channel!

I'm quite happy with the care given to my husband. Most of the carers that come are very caring and have built up a nice relationship with me and my husband.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Care Connect carers who came to look after my Mum four times a day, seven days a week for several years. They are beyond wonderful! Towards the end of her life, Mum was bedridden and needed help to do everything from just sitting up in bed to using the commode. The amazing carers changed Mum several times a day, they brought her meals and the best cups of tea! They washed and dressed her daily with such professional care whilst preserving her dignity. They monitored her health/medications whilst cheerfully chatting away to her, keeping her spirits up. Their understanding and kindness when she felt a bit grumpy showed true compassion. They couldn't do enough for her and were appreciated beyond belief. My Mum truly loved them all. The family could relax, knowing that Mum was receiving the best care from the kindest, most caring ladies in the business. We can’t express how much we appreciate them and how much they all meant to Mum and the family.
