Friendly, caring and patient staff who have been extremely accommodating and helpful to my mother. During a period when I was absent, they went above and beyond what could be expected in delivering her comfort and support. The people in the office, and in particular, one house visitor, were exceptionally
responsive, kind and caring.

Caring staff and several go the extra mile to ensure that my brother has what he needs.
One carer, in particular, has not been phased by the need to help with personal care and has anticipated his needs when he has not been able to.
Management has also been most helpful in checking needs with the
relevant hospital and has organised an appointment as well.
I am extremely grateful for their help, and my brother has the same praise for the carers he has met with one, in particular, giving the most helpful assistance.

I was bedbound and had two carers seeing to me on a daily basis, from being an independent woman working full-time to go to being bedridden was hard but every carer I saw was amazing, I normally had two ladies and they were great with me, my dignity was in place at all times with them, nothing was too
much for them to do. I liked having regular carers as they knew me and my needs rather than having to explain to different people.
I would fully recommend this company - thanks for everything.

It is a joy to be working every day with such a great group of people, who share the same values, with the intention of having a positive influence on people's lives.

I have previously worked in a school as a Childcare Manager and have qualifications as a Teaching Assistant and in Childcare Learning and Development, Safeguarding and First Aid.
