Friendly, caring and patient staff who have been extremely accommodating and helpful to my mother. During a period when I was absent, they went above and beyond what could be expected in delivering her comfort and support. The people in the office, and in particular, one house visitor, were exceptionally responsive, kind and caring.
Morning and evening carers (two each visit) all very professional, kind and caring. Very well presented and pleasant personality.
One carer, in particular, has not been phased by the need to help with personal care and has anticipated his needs when he has not been able to.
Management has also been most helpful in checking needs with the relevant hospital and has organised an appointment as well.
I am extremely grateful for their help, and my brother has the same praise for the carers he has met with one, in particular, giving the most helpful assistance.
I would fully recommend this company - thanks for everything.
My brother is fully satisfied with the care he receives and the compliance of care connect to adjust to any changes to the times of my brother's calls at short notice.
Try their hardest to ensure mum has the same carers. Karen has almost become family being mum's main carers.

My family started Care Connect UK Ltd over 20 years ago in 2002. We have always based our Services on principles of kindness and respect for each other. The values that we foster within our organisation are reflected in the outstanding quality of care services our Team of Carers delivers day after day. I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of caring for people in their own homes. It is a joy to be working every day with such a great group of people, who share the same values, with the intention of having a positive influence on people's lives.
I joined Care Connect in November 2021 as a Care Co-ordinator and have additional responsibilities as the lead for recruitment also. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care and I am currently studying for a Level 5 Diploma.
I have previously worked in a school as a Childcare Manager and have qualifications as a Teaching Assistant and in Childcare Learning and Development, Safeguarding and First Aid.
I have the knowledge & personal experience in caring for those with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, COPD, Mental Health, End of life, Complexed additional needs & life-limiting illnesses.
I enjoy my roles immensely as a Caregiver & Scheduler in Health & Social Care and I am very pleased to have been given additional responsibilities in recruitment at Care Connect.
Hi, I’m Stacey. I have been in the care industry for 6 years now. I have gained a level 2 and level 3 qualification in Health and Social care, and I’m part way through my level 5 qualification. I have only recently joined Care Connect and look forward to caring for your loved ones and supporting them to the best of my ability.
I originally joined Care Connect as a Home Care Assistant after caring for family members with mental health and learning difficulties. I believe this helped me progress in my role within the care industry. This led to me being promoted to Training and Recruitment Officer in January 2024, and later to Lead Co-ordinator in April of 2024.
I’m Hannah. I began working for Care Connect UK in 2022, as a Care Assistant. I am now thoroughly enjoying my latest role as Recruitment and Training Lead. Over the years, I have acquired various other roles within the Health and Social Care sector, and I have a degree in Health and Social Well-being. I am proud to work for such an amazing company, who really does go that extra mile.
Hi I’m Nicole , I joined Care Connect in January 2022. I am working towards my Business Administration Apprenticeship Qualification. What I am enjoying most is working with such a great group of people.
I transferred to an Administrator in June 2024 to join the office team with hopes of making a greater impact within the company, and providing help to carers as required. I am thoroughly enjoying my role here at Care Connect.
Hi, I'm Rachel. After a long career in the retail industry, I decided to swap to a career in Care. I started as a Home Care Assistant for Care Connect UK in 2020. I have achieved my levels 2 and 3 diplomas in Adult Health and Social Care. The knowledge and experience I have gained have enabled me to progress to my current role of Office Administrator whilst still carrying out some hands on care for our lovely clients in the community.
