They are attentive to both me and now my wife helping us to get through lifes challenges
Carers attend and leave on time there is good continuity. Carers are friendly helpful and very willing to assist with tasks. I have a pavement mobility scooter and need a carer to go out with me to help cross roads and go into a shop. They help me with my main shopping delivery and check the contents of low-level cupboards as I have difficulty bending down, and they assist with light housework and bed changing. I also appreciate their company and conversation. I rarely need a carer on a Bank Holiday as family are around. It would be helpful to receive the rota by Friday, please.
The care support workers often go above and beyond. They really care.
