All carers had a good manner and were respectful., sympathetic and cheerful. The administrative staff were helpful but there is room for improvement in communication: schedules and carers were frequently changed without prior notification. Otherwise we have been very satisfied with the standard of care.

Overall, the service I received was very satisfactory.
My carer looked after me well but we have a bit of communication problem occasionally
As for domestic issues like cleaning and cooking, she is not that efficient. Good but not thorough, there is room for improvement .

My dad is cared for in his home, by an amazing, wonderful live-in Carer from Caretree. Both the agency and the carer are endlessly kind, supportive and intuitive of both my father's needs as well as mine. Dad is treated with dignity at all times, his needs are understood and met with homely personal
contact, whilst professional standards and considerations remain paramount for both carer and all Caretree personnel. Contact between the carer and agency, with care notes shared with family via an 'app' are invaluable and reassuring. Live-in care was a leap in to the unknown, but we were gently led through with honesty and openness. On behalf of all of our family, we thank Caretree and Dad's incredible carer, we are delighted to highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with the care our adult daughter receives. Every effort is made to understand her complex condition, match suitable carers to support, and deal quickly with issues as they arise.


We feel well listened to by management and are able to raise any concerns, knowing they will be

Caretree came highly recommended to me, and I can see why. From the first meeting with the care manager I felt I could go on holiday with confidence knowing my husband would be given excellent care. Over a 2 week period he saw 10 different carers and thought they were all wonderful. He looked fresh
and alert on my return and was full of praise for the carers. He also enjoyed chatting with them which was good to hear because he is a recluse. I will definitely be using Caretree again and would highly recommend them.

I am impressed with the thoughtful care Dad receives on a day to day basis and the interactions with family as new needs arise. The staff have a list of activities to do each day and then record any issues through an app to ensure continuity of care. I am thrilled with the level of support caretree
provide to ensure Dad can remain in his own home.

Over the last year my mother has been receiving care from Caretree in her home. With their help she has been able to continue living independently in spite of serious health concerns. We are very happy with the care she receives. All the carers are lovely, trustworthy and sensitive people and show
a lot of patience, care and kindness towards Mum. They treat her with respect and dignity and are happy to give any help in the home that she requires, whether it be assisting with a shower and hair wash or taking out the bins.
We are kept well informed from the Office staff and we know that we can get in touch if we have any questions or need to discuss anything with them.
I am very happy that Mum is being cared for by Caretree carers and would happily recommend them to others.

I have been a client of Caretree for seven years and have always found the carers to be dedicated, courteous and thoroughly professional. The carers have, in turn, been supported by admin staff who also provide an excellent service to me as the client.

Caretree staff have always been friendly and helpful and excellent at communicating both to us and mother in law.

The care that my mum receives from Cartree is amazing, they are all very friendly and caring, they don't make it feel like they are coming to do certain takes they make it feel friendly and not clinical. But saying that they are all aware of the correct infection control and policies and procedures
that need to be followed.
They make sure the care package is fitting for the clint, one of my mum's care needs is to let our Dog out in the garden twice a day as my mum is not able to do this. My dog looks forward to seeing the cares as she gets lots of fuss.
They make having care feel like they are part of the family they know the clint and the family as if they have known them for years. It makes you feel so at ease.
The staff are amazing and don't make my mum feel like she is an old lady that doesn't know what she wants they sit and chat with mum and give her the company that she misses.
No job is too big they all go above and beyond.

This review is written in the present, as our mum continues to receive good care from the Caretree staff which began over 12 months ago. We have found Caretree to offer consistent high quality care visits to mum. As mum's needs change the Caretree team continue to be adaptable & understanding. The
carers visiting mum are kind, considerate and professional. Personally I appreciate the support that Caretree offers mum and also myself as the daughter who lives close by. I can ask questions and feel confident that there is a competent caring team involved in giving mum top quality care
