Hi, I am Claire and I have been Registered Manager here at Carewatch Market Harborough for over 8 years now. I am a mother of 2 girls and grandmother to 2 boys and having been married for over 25 years, nothing seems to phase me anymore!


Prior to becoming the Manager I worked as a carer in the community and worked my way through the company to do what I do today. I am very proud of all our staff and how they are able to deal with everything that is thrown at them, from the extreme weather to a National Pandemic, and all with a smile on their faces.


I pride myself on ensuring that both my staff and my customers receive the support and help they needed in every aspect of their lives. From setting up new packages and new staff to helping through difficult and emotional times and celebrating amazing achievements along the way.
