Hi, I am Claire, and I have been a Registered Manager here at Carewatch Corby for over 15 years now. I am a mother of 2 girls and grandmother to 2 boys, and having been married for over 30 years, nothing seems to faze me anymore!
Before becoming the Manager, I worked as a carer in the community and worked my way through the company to do what I do today. I am very proud of all our staff and how they can deal with everything that is thrown at them, from the extreme weather to a National Pandemic, and all with a smile on their faces.
I pride myself on ensuring that both my staff and my customers receive the support and help they need in every aspect of their lives. From setting up new packages and new staff to helping through difficult and emotional times and celebrating amazing achievements along the way.
