Midsomer Homecare Reviews (5)
Over all time Midsomer Homecare has 5 reviews.
My stepfather received excellent care from all carers who visited him. He was treated with respect and great kindness which certainly helped make the end of his life more comfortable. I found all office staff to be helpful and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend this care agency.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure to provide care and support to your stepfather.
Very unpleasant office staff towards myself and my family. Always tried to cause conflict for my family members who had concerns about the lack of care plan being updated along with a lack of knowledge of my mothers care needs. Ignored her expression of females only for personal care. She expressed she wanted to leave this care home, only to receive a phone call the same day and they terminated her care. She was faced with being taken into a care home that same day. They have no compassion or dignity and no respect. Failed to chart her water intake. Failed to notify myself and family when she was becoming very ill through COVID. They ignored carers expressing concerns. Refused to do anything to improve helping her needs. Would not recommend end of life care from this company. Staff fight against each other and complain to her about the next client they are going to. She was with this company for ten years and we have seen over the years how bad this company is run. Please choose wisely for professional care, not just the talk they claim they do.
We feel that this review has only been written to try to harm Carewatch Bath’s reputation. We provided care for this service user for 10 years, and the relationship between the client and staff was very good. Unfortunately, the family got increasingly more aggressive towards our office staff...
Wonderful carers who treated my aunt with dignity and respect. Thoughtful and considerate on every visit, they really cared.
Excellent service
I am very happy with the staff and quality care that I receive. Having to use a hoist my carers are very well trained and respect my dignity and wishes. The office and senior staff keep me informed of any changes and work well with other professionals to keep me well and as independent as possible in my own home.
