Care Birmingham Reviews (1)
Over all time Care Birmingham has 1 review.
My wife has received home care from Carewatch for over a year. She needs help with all her personal care, and because she suffers from both Parkinson’s and Severe Dementia, she is frail, susceptible to falling, and needs someone with her all the time. We have two regular carers assisting her during the week for most of each day. They are so gentle and patient, and at encourage her to do things for herself whenever possible – truly professional. It is easy to tell how good they are when I see her smiling bright and chirpy each day
Carewatch have also arranged to provide 24-hour care for periods of two and three weeks. This has been invaluable as I have been able to take much needed breaks, knowing that she will be cared for by familiar people who we have confidence in, and she is cared for in familiar surroundings. I do not know how we would manage without Carewatch – we would not manage. They do deserve more than five stars, and I would recommend them highly.
