For 3 years my Father had excellent care from all carers.They were supportive to the family and willing to go the extra mile.

First of all, I was offered 12 hours of free care which I gladly accepted. However, this care company should be shut down. Twice they have left my husband unattended for a full day. The excuses are endless, and as far as "management" are concerned they are blameless. When they did show up, no records were left of their call and my husband left in his incontinent state. No pads were changed, no records left.
My advice: don't trust them with your loved one.
