For nearly a year this company has provided me with care, during that period I have been visited by three different carers, all entered my property with a smile and a very pleasing disposition, all respected my property as if it were their own, the treatment and conversations are exceptional, all of them felt like a member of my family, the house atmosphere is bright and cheerful, I have complete respect for all of them as persons . I have had carers before, but Castle Care provide top-quality individuals. They all give well over 100%. What more can you ask for? Thank you, three carers in particular, you all know who I mean.

Castle Care have been providing a "sitter" for my Dad for many months now in order to give Mum a break. They have gone out of their way to find someone who Dad actually enjoys spending time with and looks forward to sharing his biscuits with. The Assistant Manager and the team are easy to access and have been as flexible as they can when the need arises which is really helpful. Thankyou all!

Castle Care has provided a daily visit to my father for the past 2 months.

He was, and is, very reluctant to accept any kind of help but he genuinely looked forward to his carer's daily visit.

We live a long way away but knowing that there was a caring person visiting every day lessened our concerns considerably.

For 3 years my Father had excellent care from all carers.They were supportive to the family and willing to go the extra mile.

My advice: don't trust them with your loved one.
