Overall Experience

Very satisfied overall with the care I receive. The carers are efficient, friendly and take on tasks willingly. The only 'gripe' I would have is the times put on the rota; the disclaimer is all very well, but when the time is over an hour difference I don't really feel that is acceptable. However, as I say, apart from that the service is very good.

Overall Experience

My son has had Cephas Care Ltd carers for the last 8-10 years. They take him out twice a week for almost three hours each time, usually to the local pub. Every carer he has ever had looks after him very well and we have never had a problem. The people at the office are also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with their service.
