Mum has lived in this lovely Independent Living Complex for about 3 years. She needed very little care when she arrived but as she has aged things have changed and, with the availability of flexible care packages at Moorlands, I'm delighted to say her needs have been met and she is able to stay living in a place that she loves. Mum' s carers are employed by CHS and as there is very little turnover in staff, she has been able to build strong relationships and is very comfortable and confident with them all. As a family we are able to enjoy quality time with Mum and, when we can't be there, we can be confident that she is well looked after.
Mum's care is exceptional, thoughtful, respectful, & always delivered with dignity. I value the flexibility of care, which can be adjusted as needed, allowing her to stay independent while feeling safe & supported.
Moorlands has a truly welcoming atmosphere where mum feels free to be herself, surrounded by people who genuinely care. The friendly environment encourages social connection, & the inviting communal areas offer many chances to chat with friends, enjoy activities, & feel part of a vibrant community.
Mum loves her spacious, bright, & comfortable apartment, it's the perfect space to feel settled & at home.
Thank you, CHS & Moorlands, for all you do. Knowing my mum is happy means everything.
