We have been using Classic Home Care Services to look after my mother who has Alzheimers for almost 10 years now, first with daily home care visits and for the past 18 months with a live-in carer. The carers are very kind and good, and the company is very reliable, never leaving my mother without care,
even if the live-in carer needed to leave for health reasons. The ladies who run the company, are very helpful and let me know if there is a problem, as I live in Germany and it is important to know that my mother is in good hands. They also help with other daily problems that need local support. I can highly recommend them!

Very good, all carers very helpful. Good to have a number of regular carers but perhaps rather too many stranger carers. Though obviously have to be some new carers.

Classic Care has been unfaltering in their complete dedication to my son who lives independently, being totally blind and on the Autistic spectrum. Throughout the covid-19 pandemic lockdown, never did they fail to get to him twice-weekly to assist him in his daily tasks. I can't thank them enough, especially
knowing that they were putting their own, and their families lives at risk, being key workers. My son and I owe them a huge debt of gratitude. What a wonderful team!

My nephew received a very caring, professional and friendly service for 17-years with Classic. Many of the carers have stayed with him throughout his MS progression. He was bedbound for nearly 5-years. All the carers gave him the opportunity to keep up with life around him, and I cannot fault their
interaction with him; they really cared.
Management was quick to react to my nephew's requirements and visited him regularly to ensure he was happy with the care he was receiving.

We use the agency to take my 83 year old mother to go for food shopping in a supermarket once per week.
The agency is very reliable, always turning up on time and delivering good service.
Communication with management is excellent.
I would prefer more stability with the carer as this changes quite
frequently.

Classic Home Car have been looking after my parents in their own home for the last four months. The carers have been very reliable, caring, friendly and cheerful; nothing is too much trouble and they are good at seeing what needs doing and reporting any concerns.
I have also personally appreciated
the helpfulness, understanding and approachableness of the management team who have always been there when I've needed to discuss or ask advice about my parent's care.
They have also been proactive in raising any concerns with me.
I would definitely recommend Classic Home Care.

I honestly couldn't speak more highly of Classic Home Care. As a care agency, you would always expect to be treated with care and respect but everyone at Classic has really gone the extra mile. Instead of just coming and completing their job they have made the effort to get to know me and care for me
as much as you would a loved one. They are so kind, friendly and make you feel safe, comfortable and positive which is just what I need. I have been overwhelmed with Classic and I'm so grateful for everything they do - they are all incredible and you couldn't ask for more.

Very efficient, friendly, on time, helpful, kind, well run. My dad needs to be cared for when my step mum has hospital appointments or goes shopping. The service provided has been excellent. The staff who have cared for my dad have been very attentive making sure my dad's needs are met. This has been
invaluable to my stepmother as she was afraid to leave my dad, she can go out with the reassurance he is being monitored, especially when he has had a few falls. Every request has been met and we are very happy with the agency we are using. A very professional company and managed exceptionally well.

Classic Home Care are reliable, I get them to cook dinner and give medication to my elderly parents who suffer with dementia. It's not an easy job as they never know what they face each day.
The staff always do their best and, frankly, I do not know what I would do without them.

I have to have male only staff and have been blessed with the two men I have been allocated. My Dad is always happy to see them and this shows when they have finished their shift.
