All the carers who have been to me have been polite, caring and listened to my requirements.
My husband is very happy with the carers provided. He enjoys a nice chat with them. I am very happy with the agency. I use the service on an ad-hoc basis and they are always very helpful and reliable.

Classic Home Care provided a range of carers for me, post operation (December 17) then during recovery. Average level of service provided was high. One was excellent, others good, two/three others were fair, one was below that level. Overall I was happy with the service provided in a difficult period, personally. My wife supports this overall view. We will/would use Classic Home Care again.
Classic Care Services Ltd have enabled me to get out to Worcester and Epsom for shopping. It is nice when I have the same carer, as that gives me more confidence as I suffer with anxiety.
This agency is very professional and goes out of their way to assist me in the care of my daughter. We have been with them for 10 years now. All carers are highly trained and dedicated to their work.
My daughter gets on well with all of her regular carers. It is a great relief to me to know that I can leave my daughter in such safe hands.

I have so much admiration for all my carers. They are always smiling whatever the circumstances and nothing is too much trouble. I appreciate staff have difficulty rearranging times of carers visits and as long as I am informed in advance I am quite happy.

Only issue and this does not happen often - they change the time of service and the person who is provided and do not inform me.
Thank you for your positive feedback. There will be occasions when we need to change care workers at the last minute due to sickness etc but we always provide a care worker within your agreed time slot.
All carers are very friendly and willing to do any job I have asked them to do for me. Charges are very high. I do not need much help but I have to pay the same as everyone else. I think there should be a scale of charges.

Regular visits provide a consistent level of support. The carers make meals provide cream on feet to prevent them from drying out and provide basic household tasks as required.

A steep increase in cost has resulted in a decline in service. Had to remind management that my Mother's washing had not been done for several months. Also, the staff are supposed to check the fridge to see if there is food and get ready meals out from the freezer. This is not always carried out. On many occasions, the carer is very late. They are supposed to come between 8.30 and to 9.00 am.

We have been using Classic for almost 10 years providing daily, personal care in the mornings for my Husband with multiple sclerosis. The staff always been professional, caring, are well trained in manual handling and provide a high degree of continuity of care, so important for clients with complex needs. In April Classic provided live-in 24-hour care whilst I took a respite break for 5 days and it worked very well. The staff already knew my Husband and looked after him well enabling him to stay in his own home during my absence. Respite has now become a regular feature of our care package. We came to know of Classic through a client and we would certainly recommend them to anyone else in need of care.

Although it seemed rather strange at first to have 8 - i.e., different carers, after the first two visits they knew where everything was and the client's requirements. We found the different carers a nice variety of personalities good for my Husband and myself. They were so quick to pick up our routine, very helpful and tidy. High standard of care - did not need reminding about the 3 different creams used on my Husband - quick to learn.
We contacted Classic after a recommendation from a friend, as my Dad had terminal cancer, and needed professional care to stay at home. We had a recommendation of another more expensive company, but I didn't warm to the person who called me back, and they couldn't increase the days from 5 to 7 if necessary, so I went with Classic.
Classic were extremely professional, not pushy, very accommodating, and importantly very quick to set up a carer to come to us once we had signed the contract (I approached them on the Wednesday and the carer came on the Friday).
All the carers I met were truly amazing, and couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. They really gave my father the help and dignity he needed as well as doing household tasks to support my mother in the second hour. Highly recommended. It doesn't matter than the carer wasn't the same person each time, I think that can give more variety for the person receiving the care.

Classic Home Care Services started looking after my aunt in April 2014. We started off with community calls and progressed to live in care as my aunt health deteriorated. Both office staff and care staff were always at hand when we needed them. They kept us informed at all times how my aunt was on a daily basis. They always treated aunt with respect and dignity. They always gave us piece of mind she was being well cared for.
The agency has provided a good domiciliary service to me and my wife over many years. Since July 2015 it has provided a full time service (live in care). This has greatly benefited both of us and much improved our living standard.
