My 93 yr old mum recently moved into a NH due to increasing needs We were genuinely upset for her to leave the care of her most wonderful Careline carers who cared for her the last two years They were compassionate, kind , understanding, thorough in their care and communicating with us not to mention professional We had peace of mind in their care and each of her four regular carers brought something special - they each knew how to care and adapt to my mum s changing needs They brought a lot of cheer Prior to this we were so lucky to have two wonderful young men who looked after my dad for two years with tenderness, compassion and humour - always professional Myself and my brother are deeply grateful and will never forget them

Our mother was diagnosed with dementia in 2020 and her condition deteriorated steadily from that time. By April '24 our family was seriously struggling to cope effectively. We were determined to look after her at home and by the grace of god we were put in touch with Careline. From the initial home visit by one of their managers, everything without exception was more than we could ever have hoped for. Their outstanding staff attended to mum 4 times each day over an 8-week period. We cannot speak highly enough about each of them. Their professional, warm-hearted and friendly approach to us all was evident each and every day. Despite mum's very serious decline to where she really didn't appear to be present the Careline staff managed on occasion to get her smiling and talking. Her last full sentence was, 'I really like this guy,' when talking about one of the team. Sadly mum passed away in June '24. We miss her dearly but we also miss the Careline staff as they had become our friends too.
