I found all Seasoned Hands staff whom I encountered to be both pleasant individuals and proficient in their roles as carers. Seasoned Hands helped me to care for my Grandmother during the final few months of her life.
Thanks for your kind words, our team is happy to hear this.
From the very beginning, they treated her with dignity, kindness, and genuine respect. The carers were not only professional and attentive to her needs, but also warm and reassuring, which brought great comfort not just to her, but to our whole family during a very difficult time.
They communicated clearly, were always reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. It meant so much to us to know she was in safe and caring hands.
We will always appreciate the support they gave our family and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone needing end of-life care.
Thanks for your kind words; it matters to our team.
Thanks to seasoned Hands for the care and support they offered Mum. She was always treated with kindness and compassion and we are so grateful for everything they have done for our family. Have no hesitation recommending.
Many thanks for your kind words, it means a lot to our team
i would highly recommend Season hands to families who need help in daily tasks, medication management and looking after someone.
Many thanks for your kind words. It means a lot to us
We trusted them coming into her home, which feels hard at first when you need to set a key box, knowing people you don't yet know shall be visiting the house. But we were always reassured. And the individual carers seem to take great pride in their work and care, which cannot be an easy job with the different client needs, and travel in between different locations often in all weathers. I would say that the provider is of high quality, and we have seen them grow and develop over the time they have assisted us, which is no surprise due to their quality of care.
Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot to our team
It could be challenging for some carers to realise the increasing disabilities arising from our father's dementia, and I felt that some did not really understand how to create an environment to encourage him with behaviours like eating and drinking and moving around. I appreciate though that these things are a challenge for all of us us, family included.
Our father would not have been able to remain at home as long as he did without the help of the SHC carers
We are extremely grateful to them all.
Thanks, your kind words is greatly appreciated and our team will hear this
Seasoned Hands Care looked after my son so well. Carers are very professional, cautious, loving and approachable. They made our lives easier by their compassionate care.
Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot to out team
The care staff are always punctual and efficient and the management team very flexible in making changes to visit times af short notice.
The care staff have been encouraging and motivating with helping me to complete my daily exercise program after a spinal cord injury.
Thanks for your kind words and appreciation of the little we do.
Seasoned hands care reassured after so many providers let us down. They are true to their words; care is with compassion. Carers are well mannered, caring and very friendly. I cannot thank them enough.
Thanks for your kind words and appreciations for what we do for the people we support in the community
Seasoned Hands Care is new to us (husband) but we are very pleased with the care given (super!) and hope it will stay this way.
Thanks, we are happy to hear that our support is making a difference
Seasoned Hands were extremely helpful in setting up morning visits to check if my husband had taken his medication while I was away at a conference for a few days. Not easy, because my husband is not always very cooperative. I was swithering between 4 and 5 stars because entering the report on the app sometimes took longer than expected, but the management have assured me that this is a problem they have dealt with. I will be using Seasoned Hands' services again soon.
Many thanks for your kind words, we are happy to help as always.
When my mother-in-law suddenly took ill and was put in palliative care, Seasoned Hands was the only care agency that was willing to help. They were caring and professional. The girls who tended to my mother-in-law treated her with respect and dignity. Without them we would not have been able to bring her home. We used them for eight months before my mother-in-law sadly passed away. The owner was amazing, what a star she was from the very first day Mum came out of hospital. They also try and send the same team out so that they can get to know the client's needs.
Many thanks for your kind words, our team appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
Over a period of ill health before admitted to hospital we found the care and attention given to my mother to be extremely helpful. My mother became friends with her carers, she found them to be very kind and understanding.
Thanks for your words of appreciation of our service, it matters to our team.
On multiple grounds, I had to discharge their services. I could not have been more disappointed. There was nothing about their services that I can describe as satisfactory. I feel very badly let down.
We aim to provide the best possible care to those we support, which we take very seriously. Service went over and above to support you in your situation, but your peculiar circumstance made this practically impossible hence we withdrew our services. Your comments and experience therefore is not a true reflection of our service, we are a compassionate caregiver.
Seasoned Hands have a great set of caregivers. Each and everyone is friendly and polite while providing good-quality professional care. They always listen to my needs and are ready to help as best they can.
Thanks for your kind words of encouragement; it means a lot to our team.
The team that have all done caring for me and all are very good. I have an order of preference. I especially like one lady; she is very understanding of my needs and very sensitive to her care. We get on very well together. But I have much appreciated the visits of all the staff who have been very helpful. I really depend on their caring help, and much appreciate their smiling, friendly manner.
Many thanks for your kind words of appreciation for our service; it matters to us to know that we have been of help.
At the age of 93 (close to 94), I am confined to my one-floor apartment in a tenement built in 1824. I spend much of the daytime in an adjustable reclining chair in my living room. I move to my kitchen/dining room for meals with the support of a trolley. My carers change my nappy up to three times a day. I do the food preparation and cooking myself since my carers overcook everything! They are not happy to be excluded. Their skills as nappy changers (I have become incontinent) are good. To me, they are friends!
We appreciate your review as it helps us improve our services better.
Points are raised regularly with management and noted down, but this rarely trickles down to carers, so issues don't/take a while to get rectified.
Thanks for your review; that is very helpful to improve our service to our esteemed care receivers.
We are supposed to have two carers, but sometimes that does not always happen. But this is due to travel issues, which is no fault of the carers.
Thanks for your reviews; it makes us get better and improves our service for our esteemed care receivers.
Service is satisfactory and reliable. Carers are cheerful, friendly and competent. New carers are introduced to the family prior to becoming regular carers. The management check either by telephone or visit personally to check that the service is satisfactory.
Many thanks for your kind words, it means a lot to our team.
