Complete Care Agency Ltd have been supporting the Leeds and surrounding areas with both specialist complex care and homecare since 2007. They are a trusted and established company with a proven track record in delivering personalised services to clients with a variety of health and social care needs.

They work closely with clients, families and other health professionals to ensure the best service is delivered. They promote an open and transparent working environment to ensure staff are supported fully and any issues clients have are addressed in an honest and open manner.

Homecare:
They support children and adults in their own home who may require companionship, personal care needs, medication administration, support on discharge home, respite, shopping and light domestic support.

Complex Care:
As one of only 3 contracted NHS complex providers in Leeds they work closely with the ICB to deliver specialist clinical complex care. Their staff are trained to a high standard with ongoing clinical competency and support in the field.

Who can they support:
Clinical care: They support clients in their own home with Learning disabilities, clinical care needs such as tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation, suction, oxygen, enteral feeds, medication, enemas and suppositories.

Home care: Their clients have varied health, and social care needs they include but are not limited to, dementia, palliative care and chronic long-term illness.

Health Care Assistants and Support Workers:
All staff have an enhanced DBS (criminal record check), as a minimum complete mandatory training, care certificate and complex theory and clinical competency levels. Staff are supported in the field by senior care workers, care coordinators, nursing staff and managers.

Visits:
They can provide calls from 30 minutes to 24 hours a day depending upon your needs and budget.

I get good service. I have a regular team of carers who are all trained to meet my complex needs and know my routine. The rota is produced promptly and reflects my wishes.

My mother received outstanding care from Complete Care. Initially she only needed two short visits but this increased to longer and in the last weeks of her life we were very pleased to be able to remain with Complete Care when the NHS took over funding her end of life care. We were very impressed
with the quality of the staff, it was obvious they had received excellent training and they all worked together really well. Mum was treated with real respect and sensitivity and carers were very observant and attentive to her moods and needs. We were also pleased with the very effective administration and office based staff. There was always someone to speak to, even on Sunday evening, invoices were accurate and timely and additional staff were organised very quickly. We like the use of an app to record visits and as family members found that staff recorded key points clearly and we could always see what had taken place.

The carers provided by Complete Care Agency are of a high standard and are very friendly and easy to talk to when it comes to arranging my care requirements. The company has been looking after my care for almost 10 years now and I've had some excellent continuity in the care provision by carers who
have taken their time to get to know my circumstances and my family. I cannot fault the care provided by the people who visit.
Occasionally over those 10 years there have been communication issues around call times, but they occur much less in recent years, otherwise, I have to say, they are easy to contact and easy to deal with for my own personal care.

I wanted to thank all at the Complete Care Agency for the professional manner in which they cared for my recently departed mother.
In the last 18 months, they have shown nothing but kindness and interest in my mothers well being and although sometimes it may have had its moments they treated my mother
with the dignity she deserved!
I know that seeing a friendly face and sharing a bit of banter helped my mother considerably and that continued up until her latter days!

I started my journey with Complete Care Agency back in 2009. Initially balancing my role with a full-time job, I worked evenings and weekends as a Health Care Assistant.


After returning from maternity leave, I realised care was my passion and the career path I wanted to go down, so I became a full-time employee.


Since then, I have had the opportunity to grow and progress within the company, taking on a variety of roles, allowing me to learn all aspects of the business.


I feel proud of my journey as I have worked my way up to more senior positions and, most recently, have taken on my biggest challenge, Registered Manager.


This role sees me running the day-to-day needs of the business, ensuring we remain consistent in providing the high standards of care.


One of the aspects I love the most about my role is getting to know our new and longstanding clients whilst working alongside and supporting an incredible team of staff.
