My mum has needed help with most things as she isn't very mobile and all the staff who have looked after her have been brilliant. When my dad was taken into hospital, we had to ask Complete Care to help with extra shifts which they did at short notice. This was very much appreciated. And they have continued to provide a great service every day, with updates on their app to let us know how Mum was getting on.
If ever we have needed anything and I have contacted the office for support they have always been helpful and understanding.
And above all my mum has been looked after very well, which is the main thing.

I get good service. I have a regular team of carers who are all trained to meet my complex needs and know my routine. The rota is produced promptly and reflects my wishes.

My mother received outstanding care from Complete Care. Initially she only needed two short visits but this increased to longer and in the last weeks of her life we were very pleased to be able to remain with Complete Care when the NHS took over funding her end of life care. We were very impressed with the quality of the staff, it was obvious they had received excellent training and they all worked together really well. Mum was treated with real respect and sensitivity and carers were very observant and attentive to her moods and needs. We were also pleased with the very effective administration and office based staff. There was always someone to speak to, even on Sunday evening, invoices were accurate and timely and additional staff were organised very quickly. We like the use of an app to record visits and as family members found that staff recorded key points clearly and we could always see what had taken place.
Thank you for the positive review. It was a privilege for our team to care for your mother and enable her wishes to be met. We will feedback your kind words to the team who I'm sure will take comfort in knowing the care they provided was appreciated.
Occasionally over those 10 years there have been communication issues around call times, but they occur much less in recent years, otherwise, I have to say, they are easy to contact and easy to deal with for my own personal care.

In the last 18 months, they have shown nothing but kindness and interest in my mothers well being and although sometimes it may have had its moments they treated my mother with the dignity she deserved!
I know that seeing a friendly face and sharing a bit of banter helped my mother considerably and that continued up until her latter days!

Meet the Team (3)
I started my journey with Complete Care Agency back in 2009. Initially balancing my role with a full-time job, I worked evenings and weekends as a Health Care Assistant.
After returning from maternity leave, I realised care was my passion and the career path I wanted to go down, so I became a full-time employee.
Since then, I have had the opportunity to grow and progress within the company, taking on a variety of roles, allowing me to learn all aspects of the business.
I feel proud of my journey as I have worked my way up to more senior positions and, most recently, have taken on my biggest challenge, Registered Manager.
This role sees me running the day-to-day needs of the business, ensuring we remain consistent in providing the high standards of care.
One of the aspects I love the most about my role is getting to know our new and longstanding clients whilst working alongside and supporting an incredible team of staff.
I work on the reception desk and will often be the first person you speak to initially. I began working at Complete Care Agency back in 2017 after having my first child, and I have just reached my eighth anniversary with the company.
I originally started this role as a job share and over the past eight years the company have allowed me to take on more hours and responsibilities.
Although I have never worked in care myself, the role has enabled me to learn a lot about the industry.
Charity Kaura brings over 5 years of experience in the care sector, with a focus on elderly care and needs assessment. She began her career as a caregiver in Zimbabwe, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals in need. Charity relocated to the United Kingdom in 2022 and joined the CCA team in 2024 as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker. Her skills and dedication to quality care quickly propelled her into the role of Senior Carer, then Care Coordinator and most recently has been promoted to the role of Deputy Manager.
Charity is particularly proud of completing her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, which has equipped her with essential knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and coordinate high quality care services.
