The carers are conscientious, reliable, kind and hard working. Their manager is always available on request and gives supportive guidance or advice when required. We are entirely satisfied with the service we have received.

Complete Caring was always very responsive to any requests we had on behalf of our Mum and she also seemed very happy with their service. Very friendly and approachable, and daily contact was easy too. Would recommend this care service for your loved ones.

My mother has been cared for initially by carers two then four times per day, but as her needs escalated over the years, she now has live-in care. The company have been exceptional in dealing with her changing needs and is always quick to sort out any urgent situations that have arisen. The team communicate well with each other and me, ensuring my mother's needs are met. I don't think they have ever said no to us, they definitely have a 'can do' outlook and attitude. Their care and attention have enabled my mother to remain in her own home, ensuring she is happy and content.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Complete Caring. They were the reason my father was able to live as independently as possible for the 3 years they were with him. Always prepared to go the extra mile for him when needed. Thank you all.

Great company. Care is fantastic and reviews are conducted regularly to keep up with my mum's needs. Carers are professional yet show lots of love and compassion in the job they do. Nothing is ever too big or too small. Highly recommend.

We choose Complete Caring as they responded quickly and competently to our first enquiry. They were able to provide the care my mother-in-law needed. Care staff are always punctual, and provide a high level of care. The same caregivers visit my mother-in-law, and this has led to her forming a bond and friendship with her carers. The care provided consists of several household tasks, personal care and cooking a meal at lunch and dinner time. All the tasks are undertaken with consideration of my mother in laws preferences.

An example was when my sister was admitted to the hospital, a few days after my husband had died, complete caring took on the role of liaising with the hospital re my sister as I was not well enough to deal with the situation.

The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. If there are any issues they feel are relevant they always contact me regarding my mother's welfare in case as a family we are unaware of any issues. The care given is excellent but also the good friendly company they provide helps my mother get through the day and is reassuring to me and our family on days we are unable to visit her.

I found the care staff professional, caring and punctual. My mother enjoyed having a chat whilst she was washed and dressed. They were very knowledgeable about care in general and what to watch out for, this helped me to make sure my mother was kept in good physical condition.

The people at Complete Caring who look after my mother do an amazing job and go above and beyond their duties and really do care. She has specialist needs. They will contact the doctors when needed and have adapted their care to keep her happy healthy, and a wonderful service and people.
