Everything is excellent.

All my experience wtih Crossroads Care have been very satisfactory. The staff and carers are helpful and give advice when asked and are always on the end of phone if I need to telephone them. Very efficient company.

Very good, very friendly. Helps with family problems. Good manners.

My wife seems contented and grateful though she always seems very relieved to be collected.

My husband has been at the Azalea Club at Lydney for 18 months now and the staff have always been caring and professional. I would like to see regular visits from outside eg more music, more outside visits eg coffee or visits to garden centre in the new mini bus.

They are so caring yet professional and have built such a great rapport with our mum, they are also so approachable and will help with suggestions of how to improve situations if needed. We are very happy with the service provided for Mum. My mum attends the Daglingworth Day Centre once a week on Tuesdays. She comes home with lots of fun stories and sounds like she really has a good time there. The staff are professional and communicative. They provide feedback on her well being and keep us aware if they have any concerns. They are very good with her medication regime and record accurately and check on any discrepancies. Thank you so much for the respite we get in knowing she's well looked after.

My husband has attended the Azalea Club Day Centre for the last few months and has enjoyed meeting new people and taking part in different activities. It is beneficial to both of us that he is able to take part on his own and contributes to maintaining independence. Thank you.

My husband thoroughly enjoys his days at the Azalea Club. He said it's better than just sitting in his chair sleeping! He suffers from Alzheimers and doesn't remember what he's done during the day but knows he was happy. He comes home clutching his art work which we proudly display until the following week. I went to the club the first day my husband went and came away very impressed.

I look forward to my day at the Azalea Club. I enjoy the activities, the lunch, and the staff are very caring and wonderful.

My husband has Alzheimer's. He really enjoys going to the Azalea Club Daglingworth. The staff are excellent, always cheerful and full of fun. They do a variety of activities with the clients and I really like that they take them out sometimes. My husband enjoys being outside.

My wife first joined the Azaela Day Club at the beginning of November last year. At first was not very keen on going to start with, from about the third visit, she was quite happy to attend, but when I wanted to collect her, she didn't want to come home. The staff are all brilliant and welcoming, but have never offered me a lunch!!

My husband enjoys his time at the day centre. All the staff are happy, friendly and go out of their way to give the clients a good experience through crafts, games, good lunches and good personal care.

My Father has reeived care from 'Crossroads Care' for a couple of years. The carers have all been amazing in their support towards him. From the way they spoke, with kindness and compassion, to understanding his needs and providing him with company. The day club worked wonders for him. He always enjoyed it, and was more cheerful on his return. In the office, all staff have always been very supportive, compassionate and thoughtful. Crossroads Care undoubtedly deserve their 'Outstanding' rating by the Care Quality Commision. They really do care and wholeheartedly recommend them.

My husband has dementia and came to Crossroads Care on the advice of a friend. My husband loved going to Crossroads Care. He quickly made friends with all the others, including both sexes. He was very happy there, laughed a lot and made others laugh. He made things and enjoyed all the activities. The staff were wonderful with him, always happy to see him and make him feel very welcome. He also enjoyed helping in the kitchen. Thank you for looking after him so well.
