Since April this year mum has used Danum Homecare. All her carers have been lovely with mum. We have had no issues at all. Time keeping has been spot on and even the aftercare. I receive regular calls to make sure everything is OK and we are happy.

Okish but I get a shopping list daily but carers never check if items are needed cant use bleach but keep asking for it!! Also used pads in kitchen bin that's disgusting. Heating left on full no need.... carers are lovely but they need to be checking before asking for things.... you call and get no answer but send emails.
This company is the 5th company we have employed to care for our mum. They have been a vast improvement on others and we are so pleased with the service they provide. They genuinely care for our mums wellbeing, notifying us of any issues, spending time with her to ensure all her requirements are met. They are very friendly and create an environment where mum can laugh and joke, she looks forward to their visits. The level of cleanliness has ensured mum hasn't had any infections over the last 5 months which was unheard of, previously enduring infections every 2 weeks. This service fills us with confidence to keep mum where she wants to be and enjoy their service and company.
Mum receives 4 visits a day from Danum Home Care, without which she would not be able to live on her own and in her own home. Apart from general age-related health issues, mum has kidney failure and is dialyzed 3 times per week. Danum has facilitated this need with relative ease, ensuring that she is always ready to be picked up on time and the aftercare she needs when she comes home. During the time that Danum has been visiting, several emergencies have been dealt with most professionally and communicated to the family. Not unlike many care providers, the client develops a bond with care support staff which in time turns into friendship, trustworthiness and improvement in quality of life. Long-term serving staff have successfully achieved this and are not only commended but highly recommended. Finally, living overseas, I feel very much at ease that my mother is cared for by such an excellent and caring company and dedicated team.
Danum Home Care has been coming every morning since November 2023 to help my Mum with showering, dressing, and breakfast. The morning care has helped reduce the physical and mental stress of living alone and she is coping a lot better, properly set up for the day and she values and enjoys the morning visit from a certain member of staff in particular and other colleagues. It is such a relief knowing that there is a daily visit from the team who are so professional, capable, and caring when we are not able to be there ourselves to provide the daily support needed. We would highly recommend Danum Home Care to anyone who needs support for an elderly or unwell family member.

We have had a few emergencies over the last few months and the carers have been professional and have dealt with the issue to a high standard. If I have any concerns, they are always more than ready to listen. Well done ladies.
My mum has dementia and recently deteriorated rapidly. Danum Homecare stepped up the care package immediately to provide extra support, offered reassurance and support to me when ever I asked. Not only have they provided care and support to Mum, but also very supportive to me too. Mum has been cared for with so much kindness and genuine care, it has been heartwarming to see. I know Mum is in really caring and loving hands. The carers go over and above their duties every single day. Thank you to all the staff who have been there for Mum and the family over the year.
My husband and I are both extremely pleased and content with his care which is a great comfort to me especially whilst I’m at work. We would both highly recommend Danum Care to anyone. They are caring, professional and reliable and can adapt to people with all types illnesses and situations. All their staff are trained to a high standard and they all treat us with the highest care and respect.
From the outset: initial phone calls/meetings, I got the feeling that Danum really care about their customers and the families involved. We recently swapped care providers to Danum based on excellent feedback, as the level of social interaction was not evident with the previous company. There is no comparison between the two companies. The team of carers are sensitive to Mum's needs as a person with moderate dementia and being hard of hearing. They will not rush her or leave when the allocated time is up if Mum's needs have not been fully met. I personally appreciate the personable skills of the carers and the genuine care they have for Mum, this is something that cannot be trained, it comes naturally or not! As a family we cannot thank Danum enough for what they do, the additional support they provide and continue to give to Mum ensures peace of mind. The lines of communication are open and any queries are promptly and professionally dealt with. Thank you Registered Manager and the team.
My mum's carers really go above and beyond with her care. Ultimately professional but they feel like family members to us as they care for her with such kindness and understanding. The communication with myself is excellent and I really do feel less anxious knowing that they are going to her house every day. Mum is able to remain in her own home at the moment thanks to the support that they are giving her and I know that this was always my mum's wish. Mum has dementia and I see how quickly her skills are deteriorating, but her dignity is never compromised and nothing ever seems too much for the carers. If ever I do need to ask anything the company respond very quickly. I could not wish for better for my mum.

The care my Aunty received is excellent and she loves and appreciates all the attention and care received from the girls. Whenever possible, they sit and chat, ensuring she has completed each day if any of the family members cannot visit.
This enabled me to be able to support my friend and give her, her final wish. I cannot thank Danum enough for their care and support.
I am extremely happy with the carers that come in and attended to my husband. If any problems have occurred office staff have always been there to help and sort any issues. Me and my husband are happy with this care company.

The care and support you all gave to him and myself made such a difference to us both especially him. I would also like to thank the two carers that helped on the day he was sent to the hospital, who both dealt with the situation and helped me as I was panicking.
