We have been struggling to get home care for my friend who has recently become bed bound. I can't believe how lucky we were to come across Dignicare! Having experienced poor care in the past, I truly didn't know what to expect. However from the moment we had contact with the company and the lady who came to assess my friend, we have been truly blown away with the amazing staff. Every single one of the ladies are kind and caring, I cannot praise them enough. We couldn't be happier with Dignicare thank you we appreciate each and every one of you

Rude staff, unprofessional in the office, slammed the phone down like a child and I was told as I hadn't got the power of attorney, I'm nobody. A cheque has gone missing, many care not been carried out even though they are in his care plan. Mouldy food has been given to the client.
We take all feedback very seriously, admit our failings and do everything within our power to put right any mistakes that have been made. However, we have attempted to prevent the publication of this review as it contains malicious and untruthful content. The Safeguarding and Local Authorities have been made aware of our concerns regarding the service user’s friend (the reviewer).
