Five Star Care

My father has recently been changed by social services to Five Star Care after a short hospital stay. He was a little worried at first about having a different company but from the first day of meeting the care staff and manager he is happier and more confident with the support from the carers, as he says they are more experienced, always a smile and chat with him. He is always phoned if they are going to be a little late so he knows they are coming so he's not worrying about being forgotten. The carers ask him if he needs anything picked up from the shops if they see he is running low on anything which saves me rushing from work. They have even texted me when dad felt under the weather. They have given him so much confidence by making him feel more independent and we really appreciate how they make him feel up lifted with a few staff even singing to him along with the radio. He actually greets us with a happy smile with lots of news on his day, which is so much nicer for us to see. Thank you so much.
