Big thanks and praise to all the home care staff who have looked after my mother for the last 6 months. Total professionals, great care and attention, attentive to my mother's needs and provided a warm and comforting service.
Great individuals and team. Council Leaders and the Government need to respect
and invest in the staff and service.
Thank you.

Had to get the out of hours GP and District Nurses out to my 90 year old mother last night. I just want to say a big thank you for helping. You helped and made her so much more comfortable and services like this seem to get very little praise you only hear of them being criticised. Thank you again for
your help.

Yet again start of a new year, no continuity of care over the weekend. Leaving my friend unsettled. To the extent, she called the police. Saying they're strange people coming in and out of my house. As three different carers in on the one day. During the week have no issues. Same carer morning and lunch,
then other carer tea and tuck. When we first had the services my friend had a girl for all 4 visits on a Saturday and a Sunday. This is not the staff involved fault, this has been going on for 3 years. Cant retain staff at weekends, they have no plan of action. No continuity of service at the weekends for my friend. If there was a section for the weekend, I would have to put poor service.
