GGN's team of around 70 carers and nurses provide hourly day and night care, live-in care, home nursing, dementia care, palliative and end of life care, post-operative support and hospital discharge care. They provide this service across North and Central London, including areas such as Hampstead, Finchley, Barnet, St Johns Wood, Marylebone, Mayfair and Knightsbridge.
They are rated Good by the CQC (June 2019) and were named a Top 20 Home Care Provider in London 2025. They have long-standing relationships with London hospitals and private GPs, a loyal, long-serving care team, and they pride themselves on going the extra mile to provide comfort and joy.

GGN was unbelievable helpful and reassuring regarding care and nursing support for when my mother came out of hospital last month. The hospital kept on changing the discharge dates, and the nurse manager was completely understanding and helped me negotiate a suitable time to get my mother home....
GGN was unbelievable helpful and reassuring regarding care and nursing support for when my mother came out of hospital last month. The hospital kept on changing the discharge dates, and the nurse manager was completely understanding and helped me negotiate a suitable time to get my mother home. When home the carers were wonderful in taking into consideration both my parents allowing them privacy and space when desired. I felt as the daughter I could always contact them if I had any concerns or questions.
I can't recommend GGN highly enough, super carers with much respect and understanding of changing circumstances.

I was referred to GGN via my father's consultant a few years ago to supply ad hoc private nursing. From the start I found them to be helpful and reassuring . Over the years they have sent Nurses out to my father with the regularity required. No fuss and no issues. Providing continuity of carer and ease of communication.
Reliable and with transparent charging I cannot recommend the agency, or the staff whom we have experienced, more highly. We have complete peace of mind.

I was struggling to get regular District Nurse visits for wound dressings for my elderly mother. Luckily after making some enquiries I was recommended to try Golders Green Nursing (GGN). My initial contact with Giles was excellent. I explained to him the problem and he was immediately able to suggest a way forward. Giles arranged for Senior Nurse Juilette to visit my mother. Nurse Juliette was shocked to see my mother's wound and kindly helped call and explain to my mother's GP that the wound needs proper oversight and treatment. Juilette then dressed the wound and came back again a few days later to apply a fresh dressing ... The service was professional and competent.
I would happily use the agency again and happy to recommend to others.

Being a carer for elderly parents is very challenging day to day but after a health issue eg a fall, your own anxiety level soars as you try and fix the problem(s). GGN came to my help in after my Dad fell and spent a short time in hospital. Their team reassured me before Dad came home and took care of him physically and emotionally after his discharge until he was back on track. The team are at the end of a phone whenever you need them and their carers are all lovely and conscientious.
I have recommended GGN to several people and feel very comfortable doing so.

My experience with Golders Green Nursing has been positive, and I feel grateful for the service I received. From the very first interaction, the team made me feel comfortable with their warm, friendly attitude. Everyone I dealt with was approachable and genuine, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. My needs and schedule sometimes changed at short notice, yet they always adapted without hesitation. This level of understanding made everything so much easier for me and took away a lot of stress.
The care was exceptional. The carer consistently paid close attention to detail at all times. Nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. The carer took the time to listen, to understand my preferences, and to make sure I felt supported every step of the way. That personal touch made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind.

I've had an excellent experience with Golders Green Nursing Agency from 2013 until the present. They are incredibly responsive - I can call them at any hour, even late at night, and always speak to someone who genuinely understands medical and caring needs.
The staff that come to our home are knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently of a very high quality. GGN always manage to find suitable carers or nurses, even at short notice. Over several months, they provided reliable and dedicated day and night support for my father and also helped with smaller nursing needs. Their team includes a wide range of professionals - from qualified nurses who can take blood or give injections, to kind and capable live-in or visiting carers. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team and all their nurses for their continued support, and I look forward to benefiting from their excellent services for many years to come.

This really superb agency cared for both my parents through live in care- the carers we were provided were conscientious, kind, incredibly diligent. And the agency itself was so responsive, flexible and ultra efffcient. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Golders Green Nursing. They have been working for the family for many years, starting with one member until his passing in 2019 and from then for another member of the family who passed away at the age of 96 on 29th August.

I cannot speak highly enough of Golders Green Nursing. They have been working for the family for many years, starting with one member until his passing in 2019 and from then for another member of the family who passed away at the age of 96 on 29th August. The care and compassion was exemplary. During the past months, when she was being treated for 'end of life' we had visits from District Nurses and other outside agencies and they all commented and complimented on the care that she was receiving and could not think of any improvements that could be made. The carers became a part of the family and treated her as if she was one of their own dear parents. We will always be grateful to them for the dignity they allowed this lovely lady.
When we called the office with an issue, somebody would immediately arrive and always with a solution.

My family has used GGN for about 4 years to look after both my parents with dementia. It has been a huge relief to have their help. They have provided us with a great team of careers. It provides my parents and the family with stability and also confidence that they are getting the care they need. The carers are sympathetic to their worries and are able to calm their anxiety. Which is not always possible for a family member to achieve. We would be totally lost without GGN.
As family members we have had a huge amount of support from GGN, when we have been struggling with the situation they have managed to calm and assure us too!

What a fantastic agency. This is an outstanding care organisation that provides professional, kind, caring, intelligent and supremely able carers. I run out of adjectives to describe the brilliance of their team. I brought them in to provide 24/7 support and care for my mother in her own home after she suffered a hip replacement at age 97. The carers did everything from the most intimate to the most mundane household chores. They are all highly trained and experienced. They became part of the family and we treated them as such. My mother was very fond of them and they of my mother. I never worried for a moment and had 100% confidence in them. I will miss them now that my mother has sadly passed away peacefully at 101+.
