Had mainly two carers for my husband who were wonderful helping not only him but me as well through a very difficult time-can't praise them highly enough for their care and compassion- would not hesitate to recommend them

Our use of GGNs service began in August 2022 and has now come to an end. Throughout we have been given support and totally reliable supply of appropriate care. We are most grateful to them for never letting us down during a truly difficult time. If we ever needed to have carers in the future we would definitely use this agency again.

My experience with Golders Green Nursing has been positive, and I feel grateful for the service I received. From the very first interaction, the team made me feel comfortable with their warm, friendly attitude. Everyone I dealt with was approachable and genuine, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. My needs and schedule sometimes changed at short notice, yet they always adapted without hesitation. This level of understanding made everything so much easier for me and took away a lot of stress.

The care was exceptional. The carer consistently paid close attention to detail at all times. Nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. I've had an excellent experience with Golders Green Nursing Agency from 2013 until the present. They are incredibly responsive - I can call them at any hour, even late at night, and always speak to someone who genuinely understands medical and caring needs.

The staff that come to our home are knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently of a very high quality. GGN always manage to find suitable carers or nurses, even at short notice. Over several months, they provided reliable and dedicated day and night support for my father and also helped with smaller nursing needs. Their team includes a wide range of professionals - from qualified nurses who can take blood or give injections, to kind and capable live-in or visiting carers. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team and all their nurses for their continued support, and I look forward to benefiting from their excellent services for many years to come.

This really superb agency cared for both my parents through live in care- the carers we were provided were conscientious, kind, incredibly diligent. And the agency itself was so responsive, flexible and ultra efffcient. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

When we called the office with an issue, somebody would immediately arrive and always with a solution.

GGN provided an outstanding and experienced registered nurse (RN) for visiting aftercare following an operation, In the event a follow up operation was needed and the level of care required became more complicated - but GGN coped with everything that came along, with plenty in reserve. We'd definitely recommend them.

The nursing care provided to my husband over several weeks was excellent and not only made my husband comfortable and as well as possible but was extremely good for me to know he was receiving the best nursing care possible at home and the nurse was of such a warm and caring disposition

As family members we have had a huge amount of support from GGN, when we have been struggling with the situation they have managed to calm and assure us too!

The agency simply enabled me to manage coming home from hospital as easily as possible. Their care was professional and sympathetic, catering for my needs. They advised and helped enormously with the supply of all the equipment I needed. My carer was extremely kind and efficient and quickly became like part of the family. I can't recommend them highly enough.

What a fantastic agency. This is an outstanding care organisation that provides professional, kind, caring, intelligent and supremely able carers. I run out of adjectives to describe the brilliance of their team. I brought them in to provide 24/7 support and care for my mother in her own home after she suffered a hip replacement at age 97. The carers did everything from the most intimate to the most mundane household chores. They are all highly trained and experienced. They became part of the family and we treated them as such. My mother was very fond of them and they of my mother. I never worried for a moment and had 100% confidence in them. I will miss them now that my mother has sadly passed away peacefully at 101+.

The nurse has a lovely personality and one of her special qualities is her great communication skills and being very supportive of my husband also regarding any slight problem she is most helpful.

We engaged the Golders Green Nursing Agency to look after my father while we were away. We were impressed by the competent and friendly response of the agency and of the carer who stayed with him for a week. The carer looked after my father and his home very conscientiously and with warmth, ensured he was well looked after and accompanied him to a hospital appointment. Communication was clear, and we felt he was in very good hands. We were very pleased and grateful for the agency's help.
