The carers are lovely and caring. They take very good care of you. If need be they get help.
Okay Good.
I've been helped by Guild Care for nearly 10 years and have found them reliable, friendly and efficient. Their holiday and illnesses have always made me disturbed but to my surprise, their substitutes have always comforted me.
Some of our efficient and friendly carers remember her late sister with affection. All have become friends visiting us three times a day, treating my wife with great care and kindness.
In all our contacts - mostly by telephone - with office staff, we have met the same, cheerful helpfulness. We have benefitted from good advice from all. Guild Care have mastered the art of service with a smile.
I am very happy with all my care.
Excellent service by the girls/office staff. Cannot fault the lovely care we are able to get for our mother.

Hi, I’m Lacey and I’m proud to lead Guild Care’s Home Care service. I’ve worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years and have a real passion for helping people live independently in their own homes.
After moving from Wales in 2017, I was lucky to find this wonderful charity and quickly knew it was where I wanted to be. I spent three years as Registered Manager before stepping into my current role as Head of Home Care.
We’re proud to offer a service that’s not only high quality but also genuinely caring. I’m supported by an experienced and dedicated team who go the extra mile every day. With a strong understanding of CQC standards and a shared commitment to person-centred care, we’re here to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
Hi, I’m Kate, and I’m one of the Care Coordinators here at Guild Care. I bring 25 years of experience in the care sector to my role and still find it just as rewarding as when I first started.
My role involves making sure each person’s care is tailored to their needs and that visits are arranged at times that suit them best. It’s important to me that every client feels valued and supported.
Knowing I can help make someone’s day that little bit easier or brighter is what I love most about what I do.
Hi, I’m Gemma and I’m proud to be one of the Care Coordinators at Guild Care. I’ve worked in the care sector for around three years and love being part of a team that truly makes a difference.
My role is all about making sure every client receives their care calls on time and that their needs are always met. I really enjoy supporting both clients and staff and feel at my best when I’m helping others.
Since joining Guild Care in July 2024, I’ve felt lucky to work alongside such a dedicated team, delivering high quality care across Worthing and the surrounding area.
Hi, I’m Lulu and I’ve been part of the Guild Care Home Care team since July 2002. I came from a completely different background and had never worked in care before, but joining this incredible team has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
In my role as a Care Coordinator, I support clients and colleagues in lots of different ways. I carry out new needs assessments, risk evaluations, and medication and manual handling assessments. I also help ensure our brilliant care workers feel confident and competent in areas such as medication and manual handling.
No two days are ever the same, but the support and dedication of the team make every challenge worthwhile. I’ve seen so much positive change over the years and feel proud to have been part of Guild Care’s journey for more than two decades.
Hi, I’m Frankie, and I’ve been part of the Guild Care family for over 15 years. I started my journey as a Care Assistant, working my way up to Care Supervisor and Senior, and have had the pleasure of supporting residents across three of our homes.
I’m now Guild Care’s Care Compliance Officer and have been in this role for the past 18 months. More recently, I’ve had the opportunity to join the Home Care team two days a week, helping to support compliance, oversee care plans, and ensure all documentation is up to standard.
My time with the Home Care team has been incredibly positive. We work closely together and are supported by a brilliant leader. Most importantly, everything we do is centred around the people we care for, making sure we’re always delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
