Excellent care for my mum, helping hands go above and beyond. Will always accommodate and help support. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Superb care company. Always on time, stay for the full time they are supposed to. Really do care about my mum.

I cannot recommend Helping Hands highly enough. Every single member of staff shows care, compassion and empathy. They frequently go over and above with the care that they provide for my father who has dementia. They are my rock, lifeline and support during these difficult times with my father. They have truly become like family to us and l thank and greatly appreciate each and every one of them.

Dad, is really happy, with the care they give. So a happy Dad, a happy family.

At the start of the care plan, the service I received was great and around 18 months later it started to go downhill. The care from some of the carers was very good and some weren't. I was also given conflicting information about offering other help which was not nice (by the office). The manager at the time I was forced to transfer to another care company by Helping Hands Allcare was really horrible to deal with. I will not recommend this care company to anyone in the future as they were a really good company in the past.

I am totally satisfied with both carers and office staff. I have no complaints and would never change.

My carers are mostly happy and chatty. They come regularly at lunch time. I'm very pleased to see them and would recommend them to others who need help.

The carers come at more or less expected times. They are uncomplaining and cheerful and cope well with any unexpected contingencies.

I have a friendly and helpful shopper. It is helpful to have the same person each week.

My helping hand carer is such a kind lady. She helps me by changing beds, hoovering the flat, cleaning kitchen i.e tops, tiles, washes the floor, cleans the windows and is always ready to pick up the odd item from shop on her way to us. My partner and I appreciate her help, she is a real friend and always lifts our spirits if we are feeling a little down. We have also had other carers visit if our lady is on her holiday and they are just as willing to help us and are very nice ladies too. We feel very lucky to have found Helping Hands Allcare Ltd a local agency here on Hayling Island.

Everyone is very helpful and all chat to us both.

Helping Hands provide me and my partner with a take a break service for me (full time carer) two days a week for three hours each day. I sometimes need to cancel and change my hours and Helping Hands are always willing to do this and where possible keep to the same two carers who attend as my partner feels more comfortable with people he knows. Both carers who attend are both friendly, courteous and take time to chat to both myself and my partner before leaving, having chatted with my partner whilst here about topics he enjoys. The one bad point being is one of the carers is always running late but otherwise provide an excellent service which I am most grateful for.

I have 9 hours per week, 3 hours covered regularly by one carer and six by another. Very different in efficiency and approval. The only change for odd holidays as other causes, which is good. The replacement are generally mature and helpful capable of using their initiative. The agency keeps us informed about pay alterations or anything else affecting us. The office is generally receptive and helpful when telephoned and always return calls when asked. I have never been left without care unless by agreement i.e Xmas by and large I am happy with what I get.

Various carers, mostly at times agreed morning and evening, they are all very good and gentle in all they do for my personal care.

I have received help with showering and dressing for over three years. My carers are always polite and helpful and I recommend them.

Helping Hands is the only care company to be based on Hayling Island allowing it to deliver a more efficient and faster responding service that if it was based on the mainland. The company has provided personal care twice a day and regular sitting services for my mother since November 2014. Throughout this time a designated team of carers have given a professional, polite and very caring service to assist myself in looking after my mother in our home. In addition the office staff who can be easily contacted are very efficient and helpful.

I deal with Helping Hands myself they come and take me shopping etc.
