I have been satisfied with all treatment I have had.
Thank you for your feedback
From December 2012 to date 8th April 2016- tasks- domestic and shopping Wednesdays and Fridays. Faultless service and completely honest and trustworthy using own discretion to clients advantage where appropriate- nothing too much trouble. Obviously a well trained contented team of carers who brighten up their clients days!
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback. Your opinions are appreciated.
My helpers are caring, considerate and helpful.
Thank you for your review, your feedback is appreciated.
Good provider. Care delivered in a dignified manner. All carers are polite and respectful. Although I'm not sure of all the carers that is normal, not everybody is to my liking. The office is quick to reply to any questions I might have. I would like more information when staff go sick, such as replacements and times.
Thank you for your feedback. It is a shame that although you feel that we provide a good service, that the service is managed well and the staff are good that you would not necessarily recommend us.
I would prefer a core team to cater for my wife's needs as I find continuity important for my wife and I.
In addition on occasion new staff members are introduced without myself being informed and I have to inform them how to proceed with the logistics of my wife's care. I would therefore appreciate Helping Hands to inform me if there are new staff members are attending my house prior to their visit.
Good.

Helping Hands provides a very professional and caring service. The carers really cared about my elderly mother, it wasn't just a job to them. They offered her not just physical care but also emotional support by their friendly encouraging and cheery approach. They also, two in particular, were concerned enough and wise enough to offer support to me and my brother. We appreciated and were very grateful for their advice and concern.

All the carers that visit my mum are kind and caring. They are gentle, thorough and treat mum with respect. She is very happy with the service.

Everything goes well, agency staff know my son very well. There is little change, but if there is they are very helpful throughout.
Thank you for reviewing our service. your feedback is important to us.
Helping Hands have been visiting my dad twice daily for nearly a year assisting with problems related to his Alzheimer's. I've always found them to be extremely efficient, professional and caring They always pick up any problems and communicate well with the family. The staff know dad well and go the extra mile when there are any problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
