HICA at Home - Hull Reviews (1)
Over all time HICA at Home - Hull has 1 review.
I would never recommend this company. I received verbal abuse from a carer and I was accused of threatening her. This was untrue. I have four witnesses and also I caught her on CCTV being verbally abusive towards me using profanity and words of insults. I deem this to be very unprofessional and is most definitely verbal abuse, also the care my grandmother received was unsatisfactory, never on time and never carried out the set tasks.
We would like to thank the reviewer for raising this directly to the service. We are investigating accordingly, and will provide feedback as arranged. We welcome all comments, positive and negative as these help to ensure we provide the best service possible.
