A fully trained team of care professionals ensure clients can continue to live their lives in their own homes for as long as it is possible to do so.

Being flexible and available the management team at Innovations Wiltshire work with clients and their families to ensure the support provided is bespoke to the individual.

The team all has enhanced DBS checks and are trained to provide all aspects of personal care, medication management, concentrating on skin integrity, hydration, nutrition and wellbeing.

My mum has been under the care of Innovations Wiltshire in her home in Pewsey for almost 2 years now. It has just got better and better and the staff are truly caring, efficient and kind. The management through the manager is quite outstanding and her advice and support has been invaluable. Thank you.

The staff at Innovations are dedicated and put the client at the heart of their support. Mum often displayed some challenging behaviour but the carers and office team dealt with it in their stride and treated Mum with the respect and love that we had hoped. I don't live close to Mum so it was great
to have Innovations in as a trusted partner who would advise me and my siblings if they had any concerns so that we can act. I would recommend.

I have been a registered manager in Marlborough for just 13, and worked for the company for over 25 years, I am working towards my level 7 in leadership and management, I also have a level 5 diploma in social care, I am a trainer and specialise in moving and handling, and am offer dementia awareness session during Covid I trained to become a nail technician.


I have 4 grandchildren, 2 children and 3 stepchildren. I love spending time with my family and friends, I like to crochet and knit, I like yoga and to walk my dog Stan, I have recently taken up running, I am on the local Well-being group, and I love my job, it can be challenging but the clients we support have so much knowledge, and life experience and are amazing characters, they truly enrich our lives.

I came to Innovations as a community Care Professional in 2015 and moved on to doing the rosters before becoming the deputy manager, I have lots of experience in care and have a level 5 in health and social care, I offer dementia awareness sessions in the community, and a trainer.


I am very hands-on and spend a lot of time visiting and talking to our clients, who all know me well, it’s the best part of the job listening to their stories, experiences and points of view, I have lived in Marlborough since I was born and love spending time with my Nieces and nephews, I have a dog Dolly and she is very cherished, I love to get home and walk her before settling down to watch a good movie.
