Innovations have provided a great, reliable service when looking after my father who has dementia. He has mood swings yet they always do their best to accommodate them and at the same time deal sympathetically and professionally with his care needs. They are also good at keeping me informed of any new health concerns, even contacting medical staff if required. These lovely people have enabled my father, to carry out his wish, tp stay in his own home during his final days.

I have used Innovations for seven years now and I can't fault them on any aspect of the service. This starts with the management. The manager and her deputy are superb. I have carers four times a day and if any problems arise they can be contacted at any time. They are a happy and committed team of carers who perform their work in a friendly and efficient manner to a very high standard. The manager and her deputy have formed a good relationship between themselves and the community nurses and the GP surgery so that medical help is soon available if required.

I have been using Innovations carers to help me to look after my wife for the last six months. The quality of their support has been excellent. They show wonderful courtesy, kindness and understanding on each visit. Their manager is businesslike and accessible and very obliging. I recommend them as outstanding carers.

Innovations have made it possible for my mother to remain living in her own home which has always been her preference.
Over the years the care team have built good relationships with her and she mostly enjoys their daily visits.
They keep her safe. They report concerns or changes in her health to her doctor who is contacted so that the correct medication can be administered when required.
My sister and I also support her care and we work well with Innovations to make sure that Innovations have what they need to provide her care.
If problems arise (which they can because we are all human) the senior team can be contacted easily. They provide every opportunity to discuss any concerns which I am pleased to say are always acted upon promptly.

We have established a good dialogue with Innovations which is important as my mother's care has changed and evolved over the years.

Innovations are providing excellent care for my relative, consistently dealing with and resolving often complex situations with great efficiency and empathy. All the care staff have taken the time to get to know my relation and understand her specific needs. They are very efficient, friendly and frequently deal with sudden crises. In particular, the manager of Innovations provides exceptional support, constantly monitoring my relative, allocating extra care support as required, and keeping me fully and regularly up to date. I can clearly say Innovations has transformed my relation's quality of life, enabling her to have a better quality of life. Our family is grateful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Innovations.

Innovations have provided care for my father for over a year. The management is very professional, friendly and very accessible. All of the carers, including the management, have developed an excellent relationship with our family; this has helped immensely with the provision of care that is carried out. We feel very confident in what they do in supporting not only my father by also my mother. They have struck up a relationship with our family which has been invaluable, they go above and beyond what is expected. The friendly, patient and supportive attitude that they adopt towards my father is very reassuring. We know that dad is in the best of hands and the support that they also give mum is outstanding. This is a very caring, care company. We do not hesitate to recommend Innovations, the best care provision that we have experienced.

Innovations are a wonderful care company. They go out of their way to make sure the clients are comfortable and happy in their homes. Often working very late to make sure clients are cared for, taking them to appointments etc. Any problems, they get in contact with me straight away to sort things out.

My mum loves all her carers and looks forward to them going every day. She tells me how much she loves them going and the company they give.

The staff at Innovations are dedicated and put the client at the heart of their support. Mum often displayed some challenging behaviour but the carers and office team dealt with it in their stride and treated Mum with the respect and love that we had hoped. I don't live close to Mum so it was great to have Innovations in as a trusted partner who would advise me and my siblings if they had any concerns so that we can act. I would recommend.

I have lived in and around Marlborough my whole life, I have twin girls who are now 26 and have 3 gorgeous grandsons, I previously ran the local daycare and have an NVQ level 5 in child care, I am also working towards my level 3 in health and social care. I love a good coffee and a chat, and looking after the grandchildren, I started working in the community, but now share my time between the office and supporting clients. I really love the role and the client; we often have a good sing-along together.
