Carers could sometimes use more common sense!

Everyone in the office is helpful.
Thank you for your kind words, we always appreciate your feedback
Excellent care and support for my mother. Innovations supported my father when he needed care at home and now they are giving care for mum. Mum has carers visit morning, afternoon and evening and all of the carers adopt a friendly and supportive role. They know mum and she knows them. The carers are always on time and go the extra mile if needed. The Innovations management are also excellent. We know them all very well and they are always there if needed. Communication between us is very good and the app is invaluable in keeping track of visit times and more importantly each carer submits a report that you can see after each visit. Innovations care has helped my mother remain at home rather than considering other options. Well done Innovations.
Thank you so much, from the day we met you all it has been a pleasure. Some people touch your heart for being so amazing, your parents certainly tick that box and your mum especially is just wonderful.
Everyone is kind + friendly. They are always helpful and considerate. When I'm feeling depressed they cheer me up. They always make sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need before they go.
Thank you, it is always such a pleasure to visit you and have a good natter.
When unexpected events arose they are dealt with effectively and communication is clear. Everyone is friendly kind and personable. But occasionally there is a language complication regarding specific care details. Overall a satisfactory, reliable service.

The care my mother's has received has been very well led, efficient & hands on, the manager goes above & beyond. I would highly recommend this care company & they provide transport to include people reliant on wheelchair.
Thank you for your kind words, we strive to offer the people we support opportunities to improve their lives.
I have been a client of the Innovation team since May 2025, and have found the care and management team excellent since. They come to me twice daily for my daily needs, etc. All the carers are punctual, cheerful, caring and attentive to my needs. I could not do without them, as I am housebound. They all have different characters and I enjoy talking to them. Marlborough is lucky to have them.
Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean so much to our team.
My experiencies with Innovations Wiltshire have been nothing but positive...excellent time keeping, friendly and cheerful staff always respectful of my wife's needs and often ready with a smile and a joke with me!

Innovations have gone above and beyond with the care they have given my mother. She can be very difficult and time consuming. They have endless patience and understanding with her. Often staying longer than they should or popping into check she is ok. They are a wonderful care company and I recommend them to everyone.
The Deputy Manager and team do a wonderful job taking care of my elderly mother who has dementia. We live abroad and so the virtual partnership with the team at Innovations Wiltshire is particularly important. I have found them to be caring, flexible and thoughtful. They show great respect and patience with my mum and seek to preserve her dignity whilst ensuring she is safe and looked after. The app is a game changer and allows me to get ahead of problems and also get a daily sense of how mum is doing. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team. Their care has transformed my mum's life for the better. For me and our family who are living with this disease for the first time, the Deputy Manager always takes the time to guide and advise when asked - she's a great educator and ally as we go along this journey. I'm so thankful for her.
Thank you so much for your comments. It is so important to know that we are doing a good job. My deputy is very committed to her role and very professional. She is an asset to our team. We work hard to make sure that those who make the choice to stay at home have the best possible experience.
Innovations provide a valuable service for my mother, who has dementia. The carers who visit her are very helpful and willing, and deal with her sympathetically and professionally. Of particular note is how flexible they are if we need to change dates or times for carer visits. They have also been happy to send someone to collect her if we have taken her out to a family event (twice to a family wedding). Happy to recommend this company.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we work hard to give our clients the best possible service, it means a lot to the team to get recognition for their efforts, again thank you.
My care is very good they are always prompt. There are minor problems with some of the staff but in general they complete all the tasks.
